The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, furnished with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table ideal for shared meals, and direct access to the terrace. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms to ensure a restful stay for all guests. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment features 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. Outside, a 20 m2 terrace with terrace furniture and a small garden with garden views extends the living area and provides a pleasant outdoor setting.
