Great stay in close proximity to everything in Ghe
Had a great stay at no vote in Ghent. It is a big hotel but does not feel to big since it is fairly spread out. Lovely staff from cleaning staff to receptionists. Nice breakfast. Would stay there again.

Sentralt men ikke noe mer
Hotellet var ikke helt opp til den standarden jeg forventet før jeg ankom hotellet. Dette er kanskje noe som er gjengse i Belgia, litt usikker på dette tidspunktet. Hadde bestilt en superior rom fordi vi har med et lite barn og da blir ofte et vanlig rom noe trangt. Da vi ankom så vi at vi hadde fått et handikap rom som var ganske slitent. Hadde jeg vært handikapet på dette rommet hadde jeg vært forsiktig men hva jeg hadde lent meg på av diverse hjelpestenger som var skrudd opp på badet. Frokosten var helt grei, det eneste som var virkelig bra var beligenhete

Nær severdigheter og barnevennlig
Har aldri opplevd et hotellet i Europa hvor mann var villig å strekke seg langt for å ta vare på våre meget allergiske sønner. ALLE var alltid like blid og behjelpelig. Vårt familierom hadde den perfekte løsning med to soverom, modernt baderom og separat toilet. Alle severdigheter er nok så nær, noe som er også en kjempefordel med barn. Billig å reise med drosje til Verden til Kina var det også!

Et flott opphold i Gent og Hotel Novatel. Har bestilt hotell gjennom Hotels.com flere ganger, og kommer til å benytte dere i fremtiden og.

Ons team streeft er dagelijks naar om de kamers perfect schoon te houden. Het doet ons ook goed dat u genoten heeft van ons uitgebreide ontbijt met lokale producten, ondanks de mogelijkheid van een kleine wachtrij bij de koffiemachines. ik had een rustige kamer gevraagd na de rumoerige die ik een tijdje terug had. ik kreeg een kamer met raam op een steegje. twee nachten nachtlawaai van cafegangers. Dit terwijl men kamers heeft aan de binnenzijde van het hotel.Mij niet gelaten er zijn hotels genoeg in Gent.

Hoewel we kamers hebben aan de binnenzijde van het hotel, kunnen we niet altijd garanderen dat deze beschikbaar zijn. Al onze kamers zijn wel voorzien van dubbele beglazing en geluiddichte deuren om het geluid zoveel mogelijk te beperken, en we bieden ook oordopjes aan voor extra comfort. We hopen toch dat uw nachtrust niet te erg verstoord werd. We waarderen uw opmerkingen en zullen deze gebruiken om onze service te verbeteren.
