Helt oki hvis du skal på messe
Dette er et messe hotel. Det ligger helt inntil Flanderns expo så skal du på messe anbefaler jeg dette hotellet. Tar 10 minutter med t-banen inn til sentrum.Syns det var dårlig service. Sa jeg hadde frokost flere ganger men hver gang måtte de sjekke det. Midt på natten begynte vannrørene å lage masse lyd i 1 time.

Helt greit hotell, og kort vei til trikk som går inn til Gent sentrum. Sofaløsningen til barna (vi var 2 voksne og to barn) kunne vært bedre, ellers helt ok. Hotellet bærer preg av å være noen år, mhp farger etc. Stor parkeringsplass på utsiden, men en GPS for å finne frem kan være en nødvendighet...

Bra hotell, eneste minus var litt enkel meny i resturanten. Men bra staff og gode rom. Kun en kort trikketur inn til selve Gent.

Perioden 2-5 oktober 2010. Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet rett ved E40. Trikk inn til Gent rett ved. Vil helt klart vurdere dette hotellet en annen gang.

Godt alternativ utenfor Gent
Greit hotell i utkanten av Gent, beliggende ved Flanders Expo messeområde/Ikea/motorvei. Likevel godt lydisolert og dermed lite støy på rommet. Området forøvrig virket trygt, men relativt dødt på kveldstid. Rask og rimelig trikkeforbindelse til sentrum 2 min fra hotellet, ellers ca 20 min rask gange til St Pieters stasjon og ytteligere 15 min til selve sentrum (alternativet ble benyttet første dag pga trikkestreik). Rommet holdt alminnelig god standard, relativt lite rom med 2 queen size senger, badekar m/dusj. Pluss for gratis internett. Forøvrig bar i resepsjonsområde og restaurant en etasje ned (atriumsløsning). God, men noe dyr frokostbuffet. Betjeningen var generelt hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Alt i alt godt fornøyd i forhold til pris.

Weinig waar voor je geld.
Het is een zeer matig hotel voor out dated, slecht onderhouden kamer, weinig stopcontacten, douche met een miezerig straaltje, oploskoffie op de kamer. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk en netjes. Prijzen worden uiteraard opgeschroefd als er een activiteit in de expo is, dus dan is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding helemaal uit balance.

Het is correct dat de prijzen kunnen variëren afhankelijk van evenementen bij Flanders Expo, maar we streven er altijd naar om een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding te bieden. Wat betreft de douche, we hebben ecologische douches die mogelijk minder waterdruk hebben dan sommigen gewend zijn, maar dit is in lijn met onze Green Key certificering voor duurzaamheid. The staff super nice and helpful. The train is just a couple of minutes walk away and takes you straight into town. The food and coffee were great. The esthetics of the hotel are on the older side but it was very clean so I did not mind. I think the only negative is the loop driving around to get to the hotel. The signs aren’t the greatest so you may miss it the first time. This is not the hotels fault though so nothing negative really to say about this place.

Als je 180 euro voor een kamer betaald vind ik het een beetje over de top om ook nog 15 euro voor het parkeren te vragen. Het ontbijt is ook prijzig 19,50 Verder wel tevreden.

Standard. Entrance is good but rooms had several mosquitos and they are meant to be elimanatee before guests arrive. Instead we got told if had informed them they could have used treatmemt to try n get rid off them but was too late as we arrived past midnight for 1 night. No compensation given

Par contre une fois dans le couloir et la chambre, au secours ! frigo sale, lit confortable mais canapé lit inacceptable , impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre à cause de la climatisation qui fait un bruit d enfer. personnes qui frappent à la porte à 7h30 du matin, pas de brosse wc, wc dans la salle de bain, et pas de pression dans la douche, tres compliqué de se rincer. Accès à l hôtel correct mais en voiture uniquement. hôtel très cher qui a besoin d un bon rafraîchissement

Cependant, nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments que vous évoquez et tenons à vous assurer que nous prenons en compte vos remarques et travaillons constamment à améliorer nos services.Sachez que nos chambres sont équipées d'un système de ventilation et de climatisation individuel, et il est possible que du bruit soit émis lors de la mise en marche. Pour les fenêtres, nous vous conseillons de réserver une chambre côté extérieur lors de votre prochain séjour, car ces fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes partiellement. Enfin, nous sommes navrés pour la pression de la douche et les désagréments causés. Nous avons des douches écologiques dans nos salles de bain, ce qui peut expliquer la différence de pression pour certains clients.Nous tenons à préciser que notre hôtel est accessible en voiture, mais également en tramway, qui se trouve à seulement 250 mètres de l'hôtel et permet de rejoindre le centre-ville en 15 minutes. Staff were great when we arrived at 10pm, checkin was smooth. The hotel has seen better days and just a bit run down tbh. Not much around the local area for breakfast so we opted for theirs, 19 euros per adult (pricey) but kids (i think under 11) are free... very good variety so we started the day well. Big open air parking but why do you make us pay 7 euros? we're staying the night! For one night, it's close to the beautiful ghent and reasonably priced but i wouldn't stay there for longer... needs a revamp!

I've stayed in this hotel a few times as it is convenient & have always found the staff friendly & approachable. The rooms are clean, quiet & air conditioned. They are, perhaps, beginning to show their age although I noticed that some rooms were having work done on them so may be being updated. As an English speaking traveller, my only real gripe is the lack of a decent English speaking TV channel (I think Al-Jazeera News was more or less the only choice). This may be a post-Brexit thing but some BBC channels, say, would be nice.

Ideale ligging, vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt top
Het hotel ligt naast Ikea en vlakbij de tram Expo Gent. Ideaal gelegen om naar de stad te gaan. Het personeels was heel vriendelijk. Het is een budgethotel dat wat verouderd (dingen stuk, stopcontacten los, badkamer kon voegenreiniger gebruiken) maar verder was het ontbijt top en werd er goed aangevuld, de bedden lagen goed en de parking was niet duur ivm andere hotels.

Friendly staff and great location near tram station. Only takes 10 minutes to get to main train station, 25-30 mins to get to heart of Ghent. Quiet and safe, good breakfast!

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast
Big room, with king sized bed. Staff was very friendly and breakfast had a decent selection and nice seating area in the centre of the hotel. All in all comfortable stay.
