Laminate floor in room needed repaired in places. Other places were sticky. No soap in bathroom. Heat/AC did not work for first half of stay. Staff said half of the rooms were non-functioning. Eventually got manager and front desk clerk to fix the thermostat.

Il like that the hotel is near of interstate 81. It’s very clean and the room is large. The breakfast was better 4 years ago.

The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. It does seem a little run down and not exactly spotless, but it was clean enough. Staff was friendly.

The property felt clean overall but the room we were in smelled like a cat liter box that needed cleaned. We arrived late and did not request a room change, but we were only staying overnight.

The bed made nosies when you sat or laid down, The was child drawings on the walls in the bathroom with pink marker that was attempted tp clean off prior to my using the room. A/C / Heater blower kept forcing the inner curtains to fan out and trapping the heat in the curtains. I had to bunch the curtains against the window to keep them from catching the air flow.

The people were friendly, and the room was adequate. The breakfast was fine. I was disappointed the pool was not functioning as that was the reason I chose this motel.

The property is great for an overnight stay. Gas station close by and right off the highway. Food close by and staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, prices, and cleanliness!
I have stayed at 7 different hotels this month. This hotel was by far my favorite! Breakfast was actually breakfast and not just a bowl of cereal! They had waffle maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, juice, coffee, muffins, toast, English muffins, cereal, and fresh fruit! The customer service was top notch! The rooms were clean and very roomy! To top it all off, this place was the cheapest one I have stayed at in the last month!

Booked a pet friendly room only to arrive at 845pm to be told they didn't have any. The perfectly polite receptionist told me this is a frequent problem for Expedia bookings at this property.

The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean but everything else was still dirty, the trash was taken out but the bathroom sink still had toothpaste in it and all over the faucet. The shower had hair in it and the toilet wasnt cleaned at all.

Nothing. The room was looked as if it wasn't cleaned from the last person. The bath tub was dirty with mold. The wallpaper was falling down.
