I called to make sure we had a pet friendly room on first gloor. When we got there, we had a room on second floor. I went to front desk and explained i called beforehand and if we could have first floor. The chsnge was made but we couldn't regulate heater so went down to desk. He explsined to use the wall regulator not the actual heater, which could have been explained when checking in. Then i asked about breakfast times. Was told they dont do breakfast. Then why is it advertised?. The room had a disengaged fire alarm and the security latch was busted off. We had no cups so i went back down to lobby. When the desk attendant saw me he adked " What now?" Rudely. I wasnt even going to bother him at his paid job as i was going to the coffee bar area where they actually had cups. Also the vending machi e ripped us off. This is a pet friendly hotel and there was so much dog poop not cleaned up it was gross. I clean up after my pets, but whoever doesn't, the hotel should clean up for the guests. There was still alot of snow and the side walk into the hitel still had ice on in. Guess they don't care if someone slips? I never felt so unwelcome at a place that i paid for. Ironically, we had stay there before when it was Baymont and it was a good experience which is why we returned. After this experience, I would advice everyone to avoid this place.
