«We met the owner at a nearby hotel since the short drive up to the house would have been difficult to find. Lasarte-Oria is not a tourist Mecca but San Sebastián isn’t too far away and taking the train is the best way to get there. It’s amazing that this house is on the VRBO rental program with its beautiful classy decor and art. Once you arrive, you’re not aware that you’re so close to Lasarte. «La casa no resulta acogedora ni está preparada para una estancia en familia. Limpieza muy deficiente y mobiliario deteriorado. Con diferencia, el peor alojamiento que hemos alquilado nunca. Nuestra intención era pasar tiempo en la casa y nos ha obligado a estar fuera todo el día y volver solo a dormir. Imposible cocinar y comer allí. Nunca lo recomendaría»

«This was a perfect home for our group of 6 (2 young children, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents) tucked away in the hills. It was conveniently located for day trips in the surrounding area. We spent wonderful afternoons lounging in the yard reading and watching the horses graze in the pasture right below us. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, and pleasant rooms for relaxing and visiting. The drive up the narrow road leading to the home seemed surreal. Couldn’t recommend the place more.»
