«Super clean and all the linens (bedding, towels, rugs, etc) were super soft and cozy. We loved having a fenced in yard. Great location! Very well stocked with pretty much everything you can think of. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. The only thing we were surprised by was no AC - they use a portable unit that they do not install until April. «Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville. »

«This location is right next door to the entrance of the Biltmore Estate making ideal. Ruth Chris is next door and it’s a 10 minute drive to downtown where you can find something for every foodie’s delight. It’s incredibly quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. It’s a 30 minute drive to every type of waterfall hike you can choose. Excellent location for a couple to stay. »

«We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all ...

I will have to say one of my favorite things about this house was the wooden floors. They were absolutely stunning. Communication with the host was quick and informational. »
