The staff were kind, polite and respectful. The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable. We felt the dinning hall was compact especially when during busy meal times, it was difficult to get a table.

Great resort with attentive staff. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We received the VIP upgrade however the room was not clean. There was trace of hair on the sofa, under the bedsheet and the shower isn’t the cleanest. Regardless overall , we had a blast.

Very nice property, well maintained and adequately staffed. Unfortunately the taxi company the hotel uses is a bit of a scam, tried to charge us €80 for a trip which ended up costing us €20 in a bolt. But the hotel itself was grand.

Friendly welcoming warm reception and i was upgraded to a premium deluxe double room on the 5th floor with a sea view and king size bed. Due to being a VIP Gold member on here, also I had full buffet breakfast included in my booking the breakfast was fantastic as I had a choice of fresh meats and fresh fruits and cooked breakfast. Good value for money and excellent customer service from the front of house staff and housekeeping staff who even left me a dog and crocodile on my bed with complimentary champagne and water and also chocolates too.

We love this hotel for a short winter stay. Staff are very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Lovely views from all the rooms on the front. Super comfy beds and quiet and relaxing. The all inclusive package is more food available at all times than anyone could eat. Unfortunately in winter the pools are too cold to swim in which is a shame. The back massage at the spa was super, we will be back.

The property was really nice I really enjoyed it. I paid for all inclusive but was disappointed with the food. I’m vegan and excepted more vegan meal options. (Not fruits and veggies) but items such and vegan burger, vegan ground meat for tacos etc. Additionally, some things labeled “vegan friendly” were not. For example, they had eggs labeled “vegan friendly” other than the meal options. The stay was nice.

Fantastic stay, coming again
Living locally we were looking for a nice night away. Scrolling through I found this place and booked a 1-night stay. On arrival (we were early) they made the room available to us immediately and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room (highly recommended now having stayed in it). Taking a seat to fill out the required info form we were approached (respectfully and with great humour) by the concierge and asked whether we would like a glass of champagne, soft drink or water. I took a glass of champagne for my wife but declined a drink for myself. He then offered to get me a beer, at this point I must state that we only booked B&B but that didn’t matter we were still offered drink ‘gratis’. The room was clean, tidy with a fantastic view of the pool area and sea. We met a very friendly housekeeper on the way to the room who 2 mins later knocked on our door and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine - lovely lady! We went out for dinner but having seen the available restaurants with the hotel we do wish we had stayed and tried them out, they all looked great! The night entertainment was a guitarist - played lovely music and wasn’t too loud allowing for conversation and was set a lovely ambiance. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic and seemed endless! The staff were all smiling and were considerably attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. All in all it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Decent All Inclusive hotel
Lovely room. Outdated aircon, didnt regulate that well. Bed was horrendously hard and pillow was nonexistent, that soft no point having a pillow. Maid decided to bang the door continuously and hard at 6.30pm whilst I was laying in the bath, to give me towels for the room, that should have been done during the day and 10 minutes, done it again and was like oops I have already done this room - was very annoyed. Food at the hotel for all inclusive was good and plenty of choice - would suggest they look to do themed nights, as dinner especially, started to become very samey. Facilities in and around the hotel was good. Location was good. Value for money, you could argue, however, when you think whats included, I would say it is very good.

Coming in, staff did not greet us upon arrival at desk. Took 1-2 minutes before they looked up at us to say welcome (there was no one in line). Staff overall was friendly but no one knew much of anything. Unable to answer questions about dining, spa, surrounding area, etc. Someone broke glass outside my swim up room pool deck and the glass stayed there broken for 2 full days. The room was decent but the decorative pillows and blanket on top of the sheets was old and stained. It looked dirty. The shower doors do not close in the bathroom and the sink does not drain. The worst thing was the lack of communication about the dining options. We paid for 2 days of all inclusive, but were later told we could not eat at the restaurants and could only eat at the buffet (which was highly disappointing food) due to not booking 3 days. Many of the drinks we also wanted to have were not included in our package. It is not ethical to advertise something as all inclusive when it is not in reality. The resort itself is nice and the beach was lovely. 3/5 stars

Das Hotel ist wirklich toll. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Buffet ist lecker, aber wer im Urlaub Fisch mag, kommt hier etwas zu kurz, es ist allerdings immer etwas für Jeden dabei. Die Themen-Restaurants sind superlecker. Sie sind zwar gut gebucht, aber der ein oder andere Tisch lässt sich durch fragen schon noch herausschinden. Es wird vorwiegend Englisch gesprochen. Die Zimmer Richtung mehr sind empfehlenswert - man hat jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Zur Stadt sind es an der Strandpromenade ca. 35 Min. In die andere Richtung geht man 20 Min. zum Sandstrand. Der Strand in Paphos ist allgemein nicht sehr touristisch es sind wenige Leute am Strand und es sind Felsen, Steine und Sand gemischt. Zwischendurch ein paar Buchten zum Reingehen oder Stege. Richtig toll ist die Swimup Poolbar und wer nicht zum Mittagessen ins Restaurant will, hat eine große Auswahl an Snacks an der Poolbar. Alles in Allem - wir würden wieder kommen!!!

Overall good stay and nice all. Inclusive package.
Great pool and beach. Although the hotel was full there is planty of space and hardly no queues. Air condition is loud. Reception can be more efficient. Food is OK but not great. Lack of spices and medium quality.

Very good value for this hotel. You can tell it has been recently updated, with modern furnishings and finishes. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a drink, the a la carte options were great, and the pool/beach area had tons of seating and a variety of atmospheres. For the all inclusive price, it’s tough to beat.

Everything was fine excepts the dinner options that were advertised were not accurate. The only place we were able to eat was in one buffett area as the others required reservations that were all booked for the whole week we were there before we even arrived to the hotel. I could not have eaten at the same buffett one more time.
