«This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.»

«Family met and stayed there for a graduation. Location was good for ceremony and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the bar for a late evening gathering spot. Breakfast at Wolfgang Puck was good and reasonably priced.»

«The outside is very poorly maintained, and I was very worried about what I’d find on the inside when I pulled up. When I went in, they were not able to accommodate a 1-hr early check-in at all. The lobby where other guests and I waited appeared clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is currently under construction and not open.
