We were so disappointed about our entire stay. Take this as feedback for change. You definitely lost a customer and all that travel with us. Valet took quite some time to take our vehicle. Waited to check in while 2 staff members hung out, chatted with each other and did not greet me. "Oh, sorry we didn't see you" as I was the only person standing there. A 3rd employee finishes up her check in and immediately greets me. Charged $10 for a 30 minute early check in after being ignored. Great customer service, enjoy your additional $10 because that in the end will cost you hundreds by losing customers. Room was so incredibly hot, invest in air conditioning and resist the urge to be cheap. Very minimal room, not worth the $200 a night. Went to the steak house and had dinner with a very friendly mouse. He was way to comfortable around people to be an isolated incident. Manager made some comps on the food bill which was the least he could do being as we weren't interested in finishing our meal after the vidoes we took. Slept terrible since the room was so hot and the pillows were just air. Stopped at the Starbucks downstairs and waited in line for a good 20 minutes while they made a few drinks but didn't take a single order from the line of 8 people so walked away from that disaster. Your hotel needs to try harder to do better.
