Relax on the patio and enjoy Stunning Ocean Views and Serene Sunsets in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 full size bathroom waterfront condo located in the sought after area of South Sound. Direct ocean access from the complex for great snorkeling along the ironshore or shore dive. Take a short 10minute walk to George Town, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and a fish market. Smith Cove beach is also a 10minute walk in the opposite direction where there is also great snorkeling. An option of taking two small flights of stairs up to the condo or an elevator that opens up by the front door. High ceilings, upgraded open plan kitchen with new appliances, large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, jet tub in second bathroom.
This condo is equipped with everythig that will feel like your home away from home.

People from all backgrounds welcome.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (breakdown of how the condo can accommodate up to 6 people):
-King bed in primary bedroom that can sleep up to 2 people
-King bed in second bedroom that can sleep up to 2 people
-Queen blow up mattress for livingroom sleeps up to 2 people

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page.


For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

Location was great to walk to shops and restaurants. Seven Mile Beach wasn’t too far of a drive and parking was easy. Loved having beach items available to use- so nice! Place was beautiful! Unfortunately, we did not sleep well- we prefer a cooler room temp and it’s hard to sleep somewhere else. We would have liked to lower the temp but understand why we would have limited controls.

Great location!! Within walking distance to George Town and other beaches. Beautiful views of the ocean from patio, master and living room. Offered multiple items for beach use--cooler, two folding beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Complex is smaller with an elevator which was nice. Also has a pool and hot tub. Host checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! This condo not only has the most amazing views, but the location is perfect too! The access to the ocean from the property was easy and provided great snorkeling and swimming. The host was very helpful and super responsive throughout the booking and also for the few questions we had upon arrival. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We had an unbelievable stay at the condo. It is even better in person than the photos indicate. While there aren't many places within easy walking distance, it is a short drive to almost anywhere you want to go.We loved sitting on the balcony & looking out at the water... so peaceful!There is everything you would need in the condo and enough space for four of us to stay comfortably. We give it our highest recommendation!!

We loved this site!

Perfect in so many ways - location, ocean view off the back deck, comfortable, plenty of extras for comfort such as beach chairs, towels, laundry supplies, pool noodles, coffee, and other kitchen supplies and staples. We found the best snorkeling on the island off the ladder on the back deck! We loved Smith's Beach (nearby), Starfish Beach, Sunset House for dinner (walkable from condo), Pepper's Bar and Fosters' grocers at Camana Bay.

Gorgeous Grand Cayman Condo

The Kisha waterfront condo has stunning western views, allowing for watching the dramatic sunsets from the private balcony or the waterside pools. The amenities were modern and were had a very comfortable stay. Towels were luxurious, and beds were comfortable. Well stocked kutchen. Great locatikn.

Had a great 2 night stay!

This property is great. Large and well-appointed with all you need for your Grand Cayman vacation. The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, but I admit I'm picky. There were just a few spots that may have been missed. Proprety is within walking distance of the Sunset House restaurant and bar which is a fun place to hang with ridiculous views. Overall a good pick and I would stay here again.

Fantastic inside and out

This is a spacious, clean and well furnished condo in a fantastic location. The views are tremendous, sunsets every night from your private balcony or down by the pool. The snorkeling in front of the condo is very good. You are just minutes from Sunset House, Don Foster’s and Eden Rock for diving and more snorkeling. Everything is clean and functions well. This area of the island is very quiet and very safe. We prefer this area over West Bay. We like to take the short drive to Camana Bay, cross over the pedestrian bridge and veer right. There is public beach access across from Burger King, next to the Sovereign. Accessing here allows you to walk the length of Seven Mile beach. We hope to return to this property.

Amazing Accommodations!

We just finished up a 7 night stay at this condo and we had an amazing vacation. The complex is in a great location, easy drive to SMB, short walk to Georgetown, Sunset House and Smith’s cove. Also easy to travel to the East end as well. For our two adult children there was plenty of room to share the king sized bed. Kitchen had all the little extras like sugar and dish soap. Beach towels are extra large and can serve as blankets for the beach as well. So great to have a cooler and beach chairs to use. View from the balcony is stunning. Host answered all my questions. Condo is gorgeous and in great shape. I definitely recommend this place. We had an amazing time!!

Apt was very well equipped, very spacious and as an end unit very bright and sunny. Didn't hear neighbors and area is quiet in the evenings to hang out by the pool. Fabulous place to watch the sunset. Restaurant Sunset House a very short walk away. Lovely place.

Snorkeler and diver paradise

The condo is gorgeous and the kitchen is truly well appointed. It was easybyonoteo our meals. And what a view!!! We were able to get into the water easily and snorkel Sunset reef. There are 3 huge tarpons that we saw regularly as well as every reef creature you can think of. Amphitrite, the mermaid of Sunset reef is also close and easy to find. And, she is well worth finding. The cool floor tiles are a welcome relief when you get back from a hot day. There is even an umbrella, beach chairs, and a cooler available unlike most other "beach condos/house/apts" or even hotels! A rental car really makes getting around the island a breeze! Just a great place.

Seaside escape

We absolutely adored our time at Livia’s condo for my birthday vacation. It was in absolute pristine condition, very clean, organized, and had all of the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. There is a cute beach and some local shops just a short distance away, so definitely be sure to try some of the local Cayman cuisine. Livia is such a kind and responsive host, you can’t go wrong. Book your stay immediately, and take my word for it!

Truly Oceanfront

Our family enjoyed staying in this condo on the water; it was very comfortable and well appointed. The sea was quite rough for much of our stay but it made for some dramatic scenery watching the waves crash just below us. Since it was rough, we weren't able to snorkel there which was a disappointment but we enjoyed the location close to Georgetown and the beautiful sunset views.

Exceptional Location and Condo with Breathtaking Views

From the minute we walked into the condo we know we had made a great choice. The condo was extremely clean and the layout was perfect for two couples. It was well appointed with needed items, including a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms had a ensuite bathroom. The view was breathtaking and the sunsets were amazing. Livia our host was gracious and extremely helpful. Her communication during our trip was excellent. Just two properties down the road is the Sunset House with a fabulous bar and restaurant. Very enjoyable! We highly recommend this property. We will book again next time we visit the island.

POOL HOT TUB AND LADDER UNAVAILABLE AND THE PM LIED TO ME ABOUT NOT KNOWING

Upon arrival I immediately went to the view and noticed the pool and hot tub without water and the ladder to the water to snorkel were all broke.I immediately contacted Livia Wong the PM and after a terse conversation she told me "the previous renters never mentioned it and they loved it so much that they asked for a late checkout" (who cares), she offered to let us cancel with refund.I asked for a few minutes to check to make sure we could find something else all the while she is telling me that 1)the hot tub really isn't a hot tub outside (IT'S IN YOUR DESCRIPTION) and the ladder was indeed working, (IT WAS MISSING - all of these things I have pictures, including texts from/to her). When I called her back and told her we wanted to cancel, she told me she had to contact the owners. Pissed off, I said fine but please hurry. For the next hour, she ignored me. No response to phone calls, no response to text UNTIL, frustrated that this is how I am spending my vacation, I text her and say give us a discount of 20% and we will stay.She IMMEDIATELY answered fine, that it would be processed.After talking to the owners of the condo next to us they told us they were notified weeks ago when the damage occurred that they pool/hot tub/ and ladder would be unavailable until THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN. If the PM didn't know, (DOUBTFUL), the OWNERS knew and they are continuing to rent.Dirty rooms broken lights and missing decor & NO KEURIG as in pics.Took me getting VRBO involved to get my refund

Five star stay!

From the moment we walked in the door, it was obvious that we were in good hands. Every little detail from the complimentary snacks, to the doggie bed and blankie for our beloved fur baby, made us feel well taken care of. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The property is immaculate. We were pleasantly surprised with how big and spacious the unit is. The view from our balcony and master suite was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect! Walking distance to one of our favourite beaches on island; Smith’s Cove. Also walking distance to a couple of delicious restaurants (which we took full advantage of!) Needless to say, we would HIGHLY recommend others to book their next stay in Grand Cayman at this location. Livia Kwong made this family trip a dream come true. We will gladly book with her again and again.

A gorgeous "home away from home"!

A beautiful condo and building, just minutes away from downtown Georgetown. We rented a car and got to all of our weeks activities in under 30 minutes all up and down 7 Mile Beach from West Bay. It is a very comfortable, restful place to spend evenings or entire days, and just about the perfect location to get to the airport, Seven Mile Beach, West Bay, Grand Harbor, Bodden Town... Basically the whole west half of the island. The condo was wonderfully appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and the patio deck overlooking the ocean has to be seen to be believed! Livia was extremely attentive and quick to reply about everything from trip details to silly questions. :). She offered great suggestions for those that are unfamiliar with the island, and made the check-in and use of the condo effortless.

Wonderful Condo! Great location on the island and one of the best snorkeling locations right behind the property. Condo was super clean and kitchen was well appointed. Only disappointment was the spa was not heated. Highly recommend!
