The Space:

Welcome to Coral Bay Village Unit #29, a beautifully renovated beachfront condo located on the peaceful shores of Spotts Beach, one of Cayman’s most beloved snorkeling beaches and a favorite spot for encountering green and hawksbill sea turtles just offshore.



This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo spans approximately 1,335 sq. ft. across two levels and sits on the second floor of the building, offering expansive unobstructed views of Spotts Beach and the Caribbean Sea. From the moment you step inside, the modern design, vaulted ceilings and open layout create a bright and inviting space where natural light and ocean views take center stage.



The main level features a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that seats four guests, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening drinks after a day in the sun. The living room opens directly onto a screened beachfront patio, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while staying comfortably shaded from the sun and breeze. The patio includes both lounge seating and an outdoor dining table, creating a relaxing space for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or meals with sweeping beach and ocean views.



Also on the main level is the guest bedroom, which features two double beds and a dedicated workspace with desk, making it ideal for families or guests working remotely during their stay. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located nearby.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom, also featuring a walk-in shower. The split-level layout provides privacy and comfort, making the condo well suited for two couples or a family traveling with children.



From the walls and finishes to the furniture and appliances, the entire condo has been meticulously renovated to create a stylish and comfortable beachfront retreat. Guest Access:

Guest have exclusive access to the entire condo. Shared access to the pool, grounds and tennis court and beach.



The Neighborhood:

Coral Bay Village is located on the peaceful south side of Grand Cayman along beautiful Spotts Beach, a stretch of coastline loved by both locals and tourists for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere. Unlike the busier Seven Mile Beach corridor, Spotts offers a more authentic, laid-back island experience where the pace slows down and the water feels endless.



The beach is protected by an offshore reef, creating calm, shallow waters that extend far out before reaching the reef line. This makes it one of the island’s top snorkeling destinations. It’s common to see green and hawksbill sea turtles feeding along the seagrass, and stingrays occasionally gliding across the sandy bottom. Whether you’re an experienced snorkeler or simply floating with a mask and fins, the underwater life here is truly special.



Just a five-minute drive away to the west you’ll find two convenient shopping plazas, Grand Harbour Shopping Centre and Harbour Walk, offering a supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy, medical clinic, bank, gym, spa, and other everyday essentials. Dining options here are varied and well regarded, including Aria for refined Mediterranean cuisine and craft cocktails, Allora for authentic Italian fare and fresh pastries, Lucky Rabbit Izakaya for Japanese-inspired dishes, and Salty’s Sports Bar for more casual waterfront bites, along with other local favorites.



In the opposite direction, the town of Savannah offers relaxed dining options, including Thatch & Barrel at Pedro St. James, a Caribbean-inspired restaurant perched above the bluff with sweeping ocean views. Featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and craft cocktails, it’s a beautiful spot for sunset dining just minutes from the condo. In this area you’ll also find other local favorites such as Cimboco, Cafe Del Sol, Fresca Café, and Chicken! Chicken!, offering easy, family-friendly options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.



The central south coast location makes it easy to explore the entire island. Head west for the restaurants, watersports, tours, and shopping along Seven Mile Beach and in George Town. Drive east and you’ll discover the quieter Eastern Districts, known for their cultural and eco-tourism experiences. Nearby in Savannah you can visit Pedro St. James, the historic “Birthplace of Democracy” in the Cayman Islands. Getting Around:

Rent a vehicle during your stay, giving you more flexibility to explore the island on your own terms, without the high expense of renting taxis.



Other Things to Note:

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.



Must climb stairs for access to condo as well as upstairs master bedroom.



The Tennis Court and Pool are located across the road on a separate parcel of land owned by Coral Bay Village. Care should be taken when crossing.



During the months July - October, there may be construction-related repairs taking place on the property. At this time, we do not have the exact dates, schedule, or scope of the work. Once additional details become available, we will provide an update and share further information with all affected guests.



We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.

Cayman Luxury Rentals will be the main point of contact for all guests. A manager will assist you from the point of booking inquiry until you journey safely back home.
