Hoteller i George S. Mickelson Trail

«The room was clean and nice, but the mattress was so soft that I think it may have been old. I had a hard time sleeping. Breakfast adequate/average but the woman attending to coffee and breakfast items was very focused on keeping the warming trays full and customers happy. It would also be so nice for the staff at the front desk to be knowledgeable about all of the restaurants within a 20-minute drive still open in mid- to late-October and make recommendations. The one restaurant that was ...

«Had room 138. Very nice room. People above us checked in around 9-10pm and were very loud stomping around until after midnight. Not a hotel problem, but maybe reminders upon checking in to be courteous to the people in the room below you because they may need rest. Take your kids to a park and let them run instead of a hotel room.»

«Fantastic staff, clean and big room, great location. We recommend it highly!»

«Spotlessly clean, cute retro theme. The owners were friendly and helpful. Great location just down the road from the entrance to Custer State Park. Several great places for dining, drinks, and shopping.»

«Check-in was efficient with friendly, helpful staff. The staff gave us all of the pertinent information to our stay upon check-in. There was a Manager Happy Hour during our stay. There is a restaurant within walking distance with excellent food options. There is a kid-friendly menu too. Our room was clean and well-maintained. Towels were clean and neatly folded. Beds were comfortable and pillows were good as well. The pool was clean. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub. While the pool area ...

«Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet.»

«Happy with the stay. Room was perfect location to base daily trips to see the local sights from»

«Teenage daughter said the place was boujee. I appreciated the free valet parking after spending 8 hours behind the wheel. Room was clean. Walked through the casino which also looked clean and nice if you’re into that. We ate at the Wagers restaurant the first night. Noisy sports bar atmosphere but the food was good. We didn’t use the pool or even look at it. The free breakfast was nothing amazing, but did have enough options to get your day started.»
