The town ordinance, only allows 2 cars to be parked in the driveway. Any extra cars can be parked in the lot before the railroad tracks.

Pets are allowed, but pet fee is required. Host must be informed prior to stay if guest is brining pet.

Neighbors live here all year long, please be respectful of them. The town has an ordinance of quiet hours, between 10pm -7am, it is enforced.

Our Train/RR crossing: we love our trains & barely notice/hear them. They pass infrequently & have no regular schedule. They are not required to blow their horn @ crossings, so please be careful to stop and look both ways whenever crossing the tracks!
