Decent Airport Hotel
It is conveniently located by the airport per description and is immediately next to the other Nash hotels. The airport shuttle did not go as frequently as claimed - at least during my stay, so be aware if you need to get back to the airport and plan 15-20 minutes extra. Very friendly staff. Not much of interest in the near vicinity, but public bus service (no. 10) will get you downtown rapidly and a helpful hotel staff can arrange taxi and an umbrella should it rain. Overall a decent place to stay and recommended if you are a business traveler. Good internet speed. A bit dated in the design, and clean 'enough'.

This place was perfect!! Close walk from the airport with luggage, very nice Location. It was clean. It was convenient. Staff was helpful. It was the perfect place. I loved it. Wish I could come back, but I’m not coming back to Switzerland because I live too far away.😔

This property was modern and relatively new however, people's takeaway odours could be passed to neighbouring rooms. It was quiet. Gym was useless, NO weights?!? A treadmill, cycle machine, rowing machine and one strange looking machine that I couldn't identify, 5 steps away was a sauna! (Great design) so anyone running would be sweating more than normal. Good thing was a free washing machine and dryer. TV channels great, lots of english channels. Disappointing was paper cups for your tea and coffee, whitener instead of real milk and thin wooden stirrers instead of spoons. Small fridge and microwave great.

Junior Suite offers space for families and access to public transportation is great. The hotel itself was very warm inside and rooms became very warm even with heat off. The AC didn’t seem to work. If you have food allergies the dining options nearby are extremely limited. The main reason for the 3 star rating is room temp and lack of gluten free dining options Rooms were clean and staff professional.

Service was excellent and rooms were clean. Jr Suite is nice but arrangement is crowded and doors are awkward. We stayed 2 separate nights on a trip and both nights the rooms were too hot. The beds only had comforters and no top sheet so we had to open a window to cool the room down (and it’s next to the airport). On the plus side, you get free shuttle service to the airport (although it’s an easy walk) and public transportation tickets. The bus stop is a couple of blocks away.

Excelente por su ubicación cerca del aeropuerto, además tiene transporte gratuito al hotel. Tal vez lo único que queda a deber son amenidades en la habitación que al menos en otros hoteles si otorgan a sus huéspedes.

We arrived to a short queue of two families ahead of us at reception. The wait took about 20 minutes. The chap at reception was doing his best but he was the only person there. When we eventually got to our room we wanted to quickly give the children some supper and a bath and get them into bed, as we had an early start the following morning. There was no plug for the bath, and the microwave’s plug didn’t fit the socket, with no adaptor present. We called reception and waited for them to bring the bath plug and adaptor but no one came. I rang again 20 mins later. In the end had to go down to reception to get the adaptor and was told they didn’t have a bath plug yet, but that someone would bring one. In the end we gave up waiting and put the children in the shower. Someone did come eventually, with another adaptor but no bath plug! Also both USB sockets and the hairdryer were broken. In the morning we wanted to get the first shuttle bus to the airport at 4am. There were about 30 people that wanted to do the same, but we arrived at the departure point in the first 10. The driver arrived late and people tried to queue barge. Luckily we did manage to get onto the first bus but people were definitely trying to queue barge. The driver should have been there in advance so that he could have got the first people on the bus, loaded the luggage, and left at 4. We ended up leaving just before 4.10. Overall the hotel is fairly shambolic and we would not recommend at all.

Just across the street from the airport with free shuttle every 10-20 minutes starting at 4AM! The room was really nice too and the bed is confortable.

Convenient, Shuttle bus to the airport apart from the receptionist given me the wrong room it was horrible and and not safe for me. And then i have to go back to the reception and complaint that it was a wrong room in a first place. I don't have confident to stay there next time

This property is very convenient when you want to be staying near the Airport. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport to the hotel. Clean and comfortable. Good staff

I loved the convenience of being so close to the airport, and also the transportation cards the hotel sent to us prior to arrival. This gave us access to all public transportation in Geneva, including the boat buses. This was cool. Less cool was the confusion on arrival as there are 3 hotels with the same name next to one another, and the staff next door being very direct (aka a bit rude) in telling you that you should pay more attention where you go before bothering them. I guess that's part of the culture.
