Fun family getaway location
My family met in Geneva for the solar eclipse in early April, and this guesthouse was perfect for us. The house is cozy and welcoming, and it is updated and very well maintained. We cooked for almost every meal, and we enjoyed the selection of board games. No issues with TV and internet. We had nice weather, so we also took advantage of the porch, deck, grill, and firepit. We really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. The house has great gathering spaces but is also big enough that everyone can spread out to relax. Sabrina was very helpful and responsive with our questions on logistics. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were there during the off season for tourism, so some were closed—but we highly recommend Zeppe’s Pizza and Madsen Donuts. Also within walking distance is a nice trail and greenspace between Old Firehouse Winery and Lake Erie. We didn’t make it to Mary’s Kitchen, which is right next door, but based on the flow of people there, it must be great.

Dragonfly at GOTL
The house and location in Geneva on the Lake are perfect. Our group of 12 enjoyed the together time and all the separate suites. The house is well appointed and decorated very nicely as well as super clean.

Ladies Wine Weekend
This is the 3rd time we booked this property. We love the house! The host, Sabrina, is friendly and helpful. The house is very nice and always clean. Love the front porch and patio! Also 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom is perfect for a group of ladies. So close to everything!

Fantastic home in the heart of GOTL
What a wonderful home for our family reunion! Right in the heart of Geneva on the Lake, just a short walk to anyplace on the strip (maybe a little too close to Madsen donuts....Mmmmmm) and next door to Mary's Kitchen when you need something other than donuts for breakfast. The house is lovely. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, but the side deck is great and we had smores around the firepit one evening. The bedrooms are pretty small but each has a private bath, TV, climate control. The furnishing are comfortable and attractive. The big dining room table was great for puzzles and board games and the kitchen had everything we needed. Note that being in the center of things also means being close to all the loud music from the outdoor venues. This can be a problem, especially on Saturday nights, for light sleepers. For us the inconvenience of that one night was more than offset by being close to all the things we care about for the rest of the week. This noise is an issue pretty much anywhere this close to the strip and not specific to this house. Twice I had questions for the owner and both times she responded quickly and helpfully. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous!!
A huge thank you to Sabrina for an amazing week! The house is exactly as described, in fact even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We have two elderly family members that walking can be difficult and the location was ideal for them. My 16yo son was thrilled there was a waffle maker! First time at any rental property. We love all the amenities, from the waffle maker, to the side porch, fire pit and smart tvs in each room. I highly recommend staying in the property. You don’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for making this family vacation memorable!!

This is our second year of the dragonfly and I like it because it has the separate suites with their own bathroom and sitting area is very nice. I have a large family and my mom is 96 and we take her and hope that most feeling comes up a very enjoyable week. The house is beautiful and the hosts really spoil you with extra things and they’re very communicative. Wonderful home. We will probably do it again.

Perfect Bach House
This house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of bathrooms for 12 girls to get ready in! The house has such cute rooms and is perfect for sharing or spreading out. The loft was perfect for the bride to be and has an extra fridge upstairs as well. Sabrina was super helpful throughout our stay and easy to contact when needed. We were able to walk every where and this was perfect for bar hopping. I cannot recommend this place more! We hope to be back for other celebrations in the future!

The house was spectacular! It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The attention to details was spot on. The host had left us some goodies and was very easy to work with and responsive. From a female perspective, having the hair turbie twists in the bathroom was a great addition. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Fantastic Place
We previously stayed here and plan on staying here again next year. That says it all! Beautiful property and Sabrina is wonderful to deal with. Definite plus with a bathroom connected to every bedroom. Beds are very comfortable and house is very well stocked.

Perfect location, lots of room
The house is located just a few steps from the main strip. The front and side porches are great for hanging out. The downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen are also very comfy, and there are lots of games to play. Bring wood for the solo fire pit. My main complaints are that the bathrooms had no towel bars, hooks or paper towel holders. Also, there are few closets and only one room on the second floor has a place to hang clothes. Some of the rooms are small so there are no end tables by the beds.

We had a fantastic weekend at the beautiful Dragonfly! The house was beautiful, well laid out and offered everything we needed. We’re here yearly and this is the nicest house we’ve had the pleasure to stay in. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the strip but we also enjoyed the porches and yard! AMAZING!!!
I stayed at this property with some close friends for my bachelorette weekend and when I booked it, I saw someone say that the photos on the listing don't do it justice... and I definitely understand what they were saying now!!! The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Not only is there a bathroom for every guest room, the bathrooms are large and nicely finished. This house is just wonderful and really made our weekend that much better. For so many women in one house, we had all the space and privacy we needed to get ready and relax, it was just awesome. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

Fantastic Property
We had a family reunion (12 of us, from grandparents to age 9) and the house couldn't be better. The perfect space, lots of outdoor amenities including great front porch, side deck, fire pit and large back yard. Add to that everything in GOTL being within walking distance, and you can't go wrong.

I will say that the pictures online did not do the house justice it was much nicer in person there was a couple little things that you know just such an early check. Check in is for check out is 10 AM so that’s like two days completely shot that was kind of depressing but other than that the place was fantastic every room had its own bathroom and its own heating and cooling which is really really nice not just a bunch of beds shoved in the room like some of the other places we’ve stayed I’m definitely going back next year I’ve already booked it.

GOTL fun all ages
Sabrina was wonderful to work with! We absolutely loved the house! Every attention to detail and easily the nicest place to stay in GOTL. My only negative is the bugs! Lake Erie attracts these flying bugs and they are everywhere. Nothing the homeowner can do, but I found myself cleaning constantly. I wish there was a washer and dryer bc we only get one towel and wash rag for the whole week. Also a larger pot for making spaghetti would have been great! Other than that, the place is amazing!

100% best rental you can find ANYWHERE!
Sabrina has made the Drangonfly a MUST stay/ experience. The entire home has been beautifully renovated and every single bedroom and bathroom which there are more than plenty to make your guests feel on a spa getaway! She has everything you will need and all of our guests were blow away by the property. Cannot get any better than enjoying your coffee on the porch swing watching the sky colors change over the lake. Also 100% most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in! Feels like home and a 5 star hotel! Cannot wait to go back again and again! Thank you!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and had so many thoughtful touches like games to play, free coffee, comfortable beds, black out shades for windows, beautiful front and back porch, and bathrooms in every room with bathroom fans and room ceiling rooms. This house is truly goregeous!! The space, number of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect. The outside spaces are a great addition! Close to the lake, super close to everything. This house was phenomenal!!! The attention to detail in every single room was just outstanding!! It was beautifully decorated and had ample room for a larger group. The host was VERY punctual about responding back to any question I had. The two separate porch areas were great! I could have slept on front porch swing. It was so comfortable!! There was extra bath linen in every single bathroom, along with great facial towel and hair wraps. The fact that every single room was a suite and had its own private full bath, was just unheard of, and so great!!!!! My favorite feature of the house, besides the location, was the third floor master, with the on suite kitchen!! I absolutely loved this house. And wish it was my own!!

The Perfect Place!
This was the perfect place for our group! We had a group of 10 women and they could not stop talking about how absolutely beautiful the house was and all the little details in the decor. Everyone in our group loved how each room was like a mini suite with its own bathroom- very helpful when everyone needed to get ready. We were able to sit and relax on the deck and front porch, walk to the strip and Mary’s restaurant is right next door (if you don’t feel like cooking in the home’s full kitchen). You can walk to the local wineries on the strip. It’s a short drive to other wineries and to Geneva State Park. Nice view of the lake from the loft and from one of the second floor bedrooms. Highly recommend this place!!

A gorgeous home and perfect location :)
Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in this spacious , immaculate and beautifully decorated home… we didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed walking right next door for breakfast or a block away for coffee and fresh donuts. Everything is close and within walking distance. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch, relaxing on the swing and laughing together around the fire pit. The decor is amazing in every room and the host supplied e everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Sabrina responded to all messages and questions quickly… she truly is a exceptional host. Beautiful property that’s immaculately maintained
We were a group of six women who stayed at this lovely home. The owner is a dream to communicate with, the inside and outside of property is delightful, the location couldn’t be better…even delicious breakfast available across the street if one doesn’t want to cook. However, the fully-stocked kitchen can be put to use for the gourmet types. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, clean, and decorated nicely. We absolutely loved our stay at this property!

AWESOME HIDDEN GEM AT GOTL
This property was magnificent. Every detail was attended to. It was immaculately clean. Beautifully appointed with every thing you could ask for. Well stocked in every way. Beautiful furniture and beautifully decorated. The owner is extremely prompt in responding and pays attention to every detail for you. I have stayed at many rental homes for over 25 years and this one is by far the best one I have ever stayed at. Highly highly recommend this property and this owner.

A perfect 10
An old house that was recently meticulously renovated from top to bottom inside and out. All 6 bedrooms have their own private bathroom and the third floor apartment is an added plus. It worked out perfectly for our friendcation and gave us the space we needed to have privacy and still have a great time. It checks all the boxes- great location, very clean space, huge outdoor spaces with comfortable furniture and a nice fire pit to close out the evening. We spent hours playing cards and hanging out in the massive front porch. No expense was spared in the space/furnishings. The view of the fireworks was spectacular from the street in front of the house. The owner was great to work with and we didn’t have any issues with the space. Also very kid friendly (we’ve been in rentals previously with ton of knickknacks and breakable things and this was a very simple uncluttered space). Photos don’t do this place justice.

Wonderful Home
Stayed with some friends in this home over the weekend and had an excellent experience. The home is absolutely beautiful, well-kept, and in a great location. The house is right off the main strip where there are many places to eat and drink. The owner spared no expense with beautiful furniture, comfortable bedding,/ towels, and fun decor. The owner is extremely pleasant to work with, provided quick responses, and was incredibly accommodating. My friends and I would book this house again and give it 5+ stars. Excellent trip/ stay!
