Come and feel the peace of this spacious home that's just a couple blocks from downtown Geneva. Its clean, elegant, and surrounded by a huge yard that is more like a small park.

You will experience my years of training in European high-end hotels: end-to-end excellence for your entire trip. And the longer you stay, the greater the discount, so this fully-equipped home is perfect for stays of any length.

This home is perfect for exploring the famous 3rd street shops, restaurants, and wineries!

THE SPACE:

It's an open, 2000+ square foot ground floor rental with a massive 1.7-acre yard.

Smart TVs are in every room.

~Master Bedroom~
One super comfy king mattress with an electric adjustable base, so you can elevate your legs, your head, or both if you want. It also has an en suite bathroom, two closets, and a side room with a washer and dryer.

~Second Bedroom~
Two queen beds and a twin daybed with a second pull-out twin mattress underneath.

~Bathrooms~
Stocked with extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, women's supplies, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, and curling iron.

~Kitchen~
Fully equipped with all stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It is also stocked with dishware, cutlery, cookware, baking trays, spices, a blender, and a coffee/tea station with a Keurig coffee machine. The kitchen also has a sperate entrance/exit in the back.

~Porch~
Fully screened with a charcoal grill and seating for eleven people. It wraps around from the living room to the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very nice. Finding the driveway was a bit tricky in the dark. Thank you for a welcoming place to call home while we were in town for a wedding.

Condo was clean. Host was very good at communicating. Home was spacious. We loved all the windows. The host added lots of little touches to make our stay extra special. The beds and linens smelled so clean and were comfortable. It's a great place to bring a family or friends. There is plenty of room for dining or relaxing on the screened in porch. Definitely would recommend.

Home was very nice. Plenty of living space for a group to play games. Really wanted to use the waffle maker but didnt get to partake, thought that was a really nice touch. Everything was very clean. The lighting was a bit much. The chairs throughout the home are a bit uncomfortable and worn. The entrance to the property is a bit tricky especially in the dark, its off a main street through town so getting out of property was a challenge at times. The driveway is very dark and uneven so walking from parking spaces to door in dark was rough, a little lighting would be valuable. Over all the home was truely lovely, we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying again depending on the time of year.

This property took our breath away when we entered it! It was so much more beautiful than online pictures could capture. The home was immaculately cleaned. The home is older and had some tiny quirks, but we got the help we needed almost immediately because communication was super timely. Our children loved the beautiful backyard and my husband and I enjoyed the porch each morning with coffee. The neighborhood is quaint and seemed safe. I can't recommend this home enough, it was truly beautiful and every detail thought out.

Home away from home!

We were home for a graduation and family visits. We are thrilled to have chosen a place to stay that was PERFECT for us and we fell in love with it instantly. The condo is stunning, spacious, clean, creative and cared for lovingly by the owners, and the location is incredible for walking to downtown Geneva to shop and dine. The beds were so good for sleep and the screened in porch was just what we needed to wind down at the end of the day. The amount of space is generous and was so comfortale! We appreciate the wonderful instructions, the communication with the owners, and even the guest book to hear about all the great reasons people come to Geneva. The town was our home for a long time and we loved being back, however the condo made it even better to celebrate our families. Thank you and we look forward to coming back.

The property is beautiful, clean, & located centrally, but too far to walk to good shopping, must drive. It almost spoiled my stay because the stairs to go in & out do not have handrails, the bathrooms do not have anything helpful especially toilets are really old & really lower to the ground. The stay was started off with a pleasant surprise; the photos do not do this property justice. It is a glorious property with any amenity one could think of. Fantastic house. Great host and a great place to hang out and relax.

The photos don’t really convey the size of the living room/dining room. Comfy couch and chair with a gigantic sectional nearby. While the fireplace is only decorative, having the big screen above it tuned to the fireplace channel was a nice touch. Great built-ins and woodwork throughout. Secondary bedroom was large and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and the teas, Keurig pucks, and even waffle mix with instructions, were great. Can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the porch, but for a cozy weekend away, I highly recommend it.

Short drive to peace and quiet

The home was exactly as described. My husband and I traveled with my parents. All had plenty of room in various spaces to relax. Screened-in porch was highlight for us! We had a question for the owner early on and she answered quickly then saw it through to ensure our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!

As good as the pictures on VRBO are of this site, they don't quite capture the charming character of this house. And it is a house (the lower floor), an absolute classic from the late 1800s. Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed in all regards. Main living areas, kitchen, bathrooms - all excellent. The bedding is top notch (love those pillows). The deck is a great place for coffee in the AM, or wine in the afternoon. The owner is super responsive and helpful. Location is super convenient to downtown Geneva and St. Charles. One of the better and most fairly priced VRBOs I've stayed at. Highly recommend.

Attending nearby family wedding

We really appreciated staying at this historic Geneva Il home. It was spacious and allowed everyone the ability to relax before attending a nearby family wedding. The perfect mellow mood music at the right sound level (not too loud) was playing on the large screen tv that also was depicting a beautiful location, along with ambient low lighting greeted our group of 6 adults upon arrival. Perfect vibe for our overnight. Beds and bedding, pillows, sheets and towels were all on point. Hosannah was prompt and gracious with our requests and we desired we had planned a lengthier stay. Would love to come back and stay here the next time we are in the area. Thank you Hosannah!
