Pleasant at Jade!
Nice and quiet room to the back. The bed A but on the hard side. The test ok. Very good service!

Good service, ok place in town.
Do not eat breakfast there. The price is very high. About 12 min walking to downtown from the hotel. Nice service and ok rooms.

Greit hotell
Ingenting å utsette på selve hotellet, og i utgangspunktet ett grei beliggenhet, men utrivelig nabolag sent på kvelden. Ingen wifi på hotellet, selvom dette ble lovet. Det ikke ble utvist interesse for å fikse det ila en helg, så det var svært skuffende. Ellers virket personalet hyggelige og imøtekommende. Anbefales for kortere opphold.

friendly staff and clan, big modern rooms
Great reception staff, clean, big rooms, newly renovated bathroom with all amenities - we were very pleased with our stay here. definitly value for money! its a 20 min walk from the old town, which is a perfectly nice stroll. Could not believe it was only a 3 star hotel, feels like at least a 4.

Hotel Jade i Geneve
Vi skulle bare være et døgn i transit i Geneve og valget falt på dette hotellet som viste seg å være veldig ok for oss. Hyggelig betjening, god service, bra rom. Hotellet la til og med ut for drosjen for oss da vi ankom, da vi ikke hadde Sveitsiske Franc med oss i kontanter.

Et nytt og veldig stilrent hotell. Høy komfort på de tre stjernene og imøtekommende stab. Ca 800m fra stasjonen og ~1 km til sentrumskjernen.

Hotel was nicer than the surroundings. Could pretty clearly hear the upstairs room, but for a budget family room, can’t complain.

They were great at accomodating a room switch for my friend and I when we put in a expedia request for a king bed instead of twins. They also gave us a city transit card and the tram stations were really walkable to the hotel. I used the tram to get to the Geneva airport and train from Paris.

I stayed at Hotel Jade as a solo traveller for 3 nights in December. I enjoyed my stay, and for a short city break it met my requirements. The lobby area was small but nicely decorated for Christmas, the breakfast area was also small with limited options but enough choice for me. The staff were friendly. The room was nice, tidy and clean. I was put in a room next to another room which was being redecorated which was a bit annoying in the day time but as I was out most of the time it didn't affect me. The shower head was a bit wobbly which was my main gripe. Easy to walk to the lake and trams also very close. But overall a nice 3* hotel. I would stay again.

Nice room and very nice ensuite. Plenty of space for the two of us and our bags/clothes etc. The room was very hot and turning off the heating didn't help it cool down much, so we slept with the window slightly open (in January)

Very nice hotel but small breakfast area.
Very nice small hotel. I especially appreciated the possibility of early check in. The room had large TV, mini bar, tea maker and bath tube. The price was very good for the quality that we got. The quality and choice of the breakfast is very satisfying. The only disadvantage is that the breakfast area is very small and very crowded after 9am. We had to wait for a free table and there is no good place to wait without disturbing people who are eating their breakfast.

We were very pleased with the location and comfort of the Jade Hotel. It is next to some parts of Geneva’s old town that have a well-developed restaurant scene and just one block from major tram lines. (One of those tram lines will get you to the main train station in less than 10 minutes where you can catch a train to the airport.) Our room featured comfortable mattresses, well-functioning A/C, and even synthetic pillows for anyone who dislikes feather-stuffed pillows. Our favorite aspect of the hotel, though, was the generous and varied buffet breakfast that is served every day from 7-11 a.m. We would definitely stay here again on any future visits to Geneva.

Quiet hotel in Geneva
The hotel was clean & quiet, the AC worked well, and close to public transportation and restaurants. The deep tub was especially welcoming after a long day. Although it's in the city, the window faces a small courtyard so you're not looking into someone else's apartment or facing the street. The staff was nice, a special mention to Rui who saved us a ton of time Monday morning by recommending taking the train to the airport rather than taxi or bus (which get caught in traffic). Highly recommend!
