Meget bra beliggenhet og god komfort
Veldig godt fornøyd med hotellets standard og beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale. Frokosten er sterkt overpriset og det er bedre å besøke nærmeste cafe (100 meter unna) for frokost.

Fin hotell,flott opphold
Det var hyggelig opphold,sentralt i byen,mange muligheter rundt for god mat og drikke,grei personal som jobber på hotellet,kjempe fint stort bad,renslighet på rommet veldig bra.Eneste var at prisen vi fikk på deres side av 325 fr var etter oppholdet da vi skulle betale var 355 fr-det skjønte ikke helt hvordan det skjedde.Ellers kunne tenke oss å ha en micro på rommet for å ha det supert.Fornøyde kunder alt i alt :)

Veldig koselig hotell.
Veldig bra hotell, gammel innredning, men veldig koselig. Hyggelig personale. Stor romslig rom. Nær tram og buss til sentrum og flyplass. Veldig bra aircondition i varmen. Litt treg wifi. Anbefaler dette hotell. :)

I stayed here last year when it was owned by NH and it was great so I decided to book it again for my most recent trip this year. Unfortunately, now under new management with Fassbind, the quality of stay dropped quite significantly, which is too bad. It felt more like a budget hotel this time around - nespresso machines have been removed from the rooms and replaced with Nescafé, my room was not cleaned daily, no slippers or robe provided, mugs were dirty, mini fridge was empty, nice soaps and lotions removed from the wall and replaced with poor quality plastic bottles…even the nice lemon and mint water dispenser removed from the reception - all nice little inexpensive touches that would generally make a stay more comfortable. I don’t think I will stay again at Fassbind.

昨年11月末に利用した際と経営が変わったのか、今回の5月利用ではフロントスタッフの応対が総じて冷たかった。また客室清掃のスタッフのサービスがバラバラであったり、設備のメンテナンスが行き届いていなかった。特にトイレの水が一旦流すとタンクにたまらず、次に流す水が全くでないことがしばしばあった。(フロントに申し入れたが)また、洗面所へのステップのネジが外れていて浮き上がっていた。(足をケガする可能性もある)こういった点は日常のチェックが行き届いていないためと思う。せっかくきれいなホテルなのにとても残念に思う。

Hotel is in a good location, it's near to the bus and tram and is a 15 minute walk from the train station. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and has a nice little bar.

コルナバンからトラムで3ストップ。ホテルの近くのレストランは市街中心部より安いです。スーパーとか酒屋も近くて助かります。窓を閉めると外の音もほとんど気になりません。バスタブはありませんでした。

Doesn't worth the stay
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff, in particular, displayed a lack of friendliness and seemed more focused on additional charges than guest satisfaction. One notable incident involved being charged an exorbitant fee of 20 Francs to borrow an adapter for my computer. To add insult to injury, I later discovered the same adapter available for purchase at a mere 7 Francs. This kind of pricing policy left me feeling taken advantage of. Moreover, the room I was allocated had a surprising and unhygienic surprise inside the safe—an opened and used bottle of nut oil. Not only was this unsightly, but it also resulted in me getting my hands dirty as I had to remove the item myself. The breakfast experience didn't fare any better. The staff doubted my inclusion of breakfast and insisted on proof, forcing me to seek assistance from the receptionist to verify my entitlement. Such skepticism from the breakfast staff only added to the overall unpleasantness of my stay. Regrettably, my time at NH Hotel was marred by these incidents, making it highly unlikely that I would choose to stay there again in the future. I hope this feedback prompts improvements for the benefit of future guests.

Cons: Main entrance with steps (approx. 10) which is very difficult when you have luggage. The bathtub is very high - Fall alert. I had some problems with the TV. PROS: Trams stop a block an a half away. The hotel has several small grocery shops and restaurant around it. Hotel personnel, the best, they came immediately to fix the TV when I called. Right next to the hotel there is an amazing restaurant "Trigal", don't miss it.

Excelente custo benefício! Não está localizado muito próximo dos principais pontos a pé, mas o hotel fornece de graça um passe livre para uso em todo transporte público de Genebra. Pelo que o hotel oferece, cumpriu a risca o que foi entregue, não ganhou nota 5, pois os quartos (4° andar no meu caso) não são tão bem isolados acusticamente internamente, escutando o abrir e fechar porta com frequência dos quartos ao lado.

Great hotel, great people
The team on the front desk were amazing. So helpful. Rooms were great, tram stop close by so can get it the centre or the station or the old town easily, and for free and the hotel give you a pass.

We arrived at noon and told to come back at 2 for check in. But probably not available to perhaps regular check in at 3 pm. Came back at 2:15. They said … not ready. But 3 pm for sure. We didn’t get into room until 4:30. I was done with not getting in at 2 , but 4:30 was not appropriate
