Parkside Ranch is tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from Hobart & William Smith Colleges, downtown Geneva, and Seneca Lake. While peaceful and private, you’re just minutes from great restaurants, shops, wineries, and lakefront parks.



Getting Around:

While a car is recommended for exploring the region and visiting wineries, you’ll find plenty to enjoy within walking distance. Downtown Geneva’s restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops are just minutes away on foot, and the Seneca Lake waterfront is only a few blocks from the house. If you’d like to tour the wine trail, we’re happy to recommend a few trusted local wine tour companies.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ Parking – The garage is not available for parking but there is 4-5 driveway spaces and street parking.
