I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beau Rivage Geneva, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering stunning views of Lake Geneva and easy access to the city’s attractions. The room was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, with elegant decor that exudes sophistication. I particularly enjoyed the plush bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room’s design. The amenities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight. The restaurants offered a diverse menu with exquisite dishes that were beautifully presented and delicious. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide array of fresh and high-quality options. The service at Beau Rivage Geneva was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request, always with a smile and a genuine desire to make my stay memorable. The concierge was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. Overall, my stay at Beau Rivage Geneva was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva. It truly embodies luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!​⬤

Great place. We stayed one night on the way back from Zermatt. Really love the bar, the rooms, and you can walk right into old town

Outstanding service and location
The hotel is a historical institution that must be experienced. The premises are super clean and quiet, the staff treats you so special and generous. Nice small gym is also very nice. Everyone I encountered were very nice and professional. Highly recommended.

늘 좋은 호텔이지만 이번에는 아쉬운 점 두가지!
제네바 출장 갈때 마다 이 호텔에 묵은 지 이번이 4-5번째 되는듯 합니다. 매번 만족스러웠는데 이번은 좀 예외적이었네요. 첫째로 제 방은 2층이었는데 방음이 잘 안되서 층간 소음도 시끄러웠고 외부 소음(차소리와 외부 시끄러운 소리들)도 상당히 시끄러워서 잠을 설쳤네요. 두번째로 Do not disturb sign 을 켜 뒀음에도 불구하고 하우스 키핑이 지속적으로 전화해서 방 청소 안해도 되냐고 물어보는것은 이해가 안되더군요. 개선되어야 할 사항 인 듯 합니다. 그 외에 직원들은 늘 그렇듯이 친절하고 좋습니다~

El trato que te ofrece el personal es muy correcto. Las instalaciones agradables y limpias. El servicio de alimentos es de extraordinaria calidad. La ubicación del hotel hace muy agradable tu estancia.

Exceptional All the way around
Exceptional service at every touch point. Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Definitely one of the top hotels I've stayed at. Rooms were well maintained and beautifully appointed. Ambiance in the hotel as a whole was charming and warm. Do not miss this hotel!

Unkomplizierte Freundlichkeit znd Entgegenkommen des Personals, historischer Schick und Qualität der Speisen (bis hin zum Latte Macchiato) waren einzigartig. Lage traumhaft direkt am See, 10 Fussminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von welchem aus man wiederum in 7 Minuten den internationalen Flughafen erreicht.

We only stayed here for one night but I wish we had more time! The staff was very friendly. Our reservation didn't immediately show up on our arrival, and because of the slight "inconvenience", we were upgraded to a suite! The bathtub was luxurious and the view was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxurious experience!

Nous avons passé le réveillon de Noël au Beau Rivage, une expérience magique! Un accueil rarement atteint dans un hôtel de luxe où l’humain et la bienveillance est à tous les échelons de la maison. La cuisine est un festival de goût et de saveur faite avec des produits d’excellences. Le bémol si il faut en trouver 1 serait les prix de la cartes des vins mais le choix est fastueux à vous de trouver la perle rare. A recommander. Merci à toute le personnel pour cette expérience magique.

This is a small, discrete hotel with attentive staff, lovely food and impeccable service. The view from my bedroom window across the Lake to the 'Jet' and the Alpes beyond was memorable/iconic.

The Beau Rivage has everything you expect from a five star hotel. Not I my is the property magnificent but the staff are very professional and helpful. The location is ideal for tourist but the hotel remains very elegant and not touristy.

Altes, schönes Hotel - Abzocke beim Morgenessen
Wir waren zu Viert im Beau Rivage in Genf. Hotel ist gut gelegen am See. Personal freundlich und das Hotel gepflegt. Parkieren mit Service für 45Fr pro Nacht eine Frechheit. Morgenessen wird wegen Covid-19 ausschliesslich aufs Zimmer geliefert. Gestaunt habe ich beim Check-Out als mir zusätzlich 36 Fr vertechnet wurden fürs Morgenessen. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns erklärt, dass nur 1 Heissgetränk inklusive sei und hat pro zusätzlichem Getränk 12Fr verlangt. Abzocke hoch drei für ein solches Hotel und einfach nur traurig. Wir meiden in Zukunft dieses Hotel!
