However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

FITZGERALD'S COTTAGE at Gearhart Beach: Two cozy cottages located close to the beach in beautiful Gearhart. 2 spaces are made into 1 with an adjoining door. 1 space for 4 has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean and modern full bathroom, a king bed in a private bedroom, a living room with seating for everyone, and a side room (Attached to the living room with a curtain for separation) with bunk beds for the kids. In the back is a quaint studio for 2 that has a king bed, a kitchenette for dining needs, and a sleek full bathroom. Plus there is a beautiful outdoor picnic area and a fire pit you can relax around and enjoy the sounds of nature.
This property is close to the dog park, coffee shops, art galleries,, tennis courts, and Gearhart Golf Course.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.

We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
