Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out with two living areas, a game room featuring air hockey and a multi-game arcade, and comfortable sleeping for up to 8 guests.

During the summer, enjoy access to the nearby community pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day, along with pickleball and tennis courts just minutes away. * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking and strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
