Cabin was everything plus some. The cabin was clean and cozy! Had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. We loved being less than 10 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We saw a few bears close by the cabin. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful cabin. It was spotlessly clean, and very well appointed. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. The driveway is steep, but nothing that I didn't expect by any means. The drive down can be conquered by putting the car in first gear and praying you don't run into another car (which only happened once in our entire stay). The beds were comfortable, there were games to play, the hot tub was a nice extra after a full day of walking and sore feet. The cabin was close enough to everything that we could go back in the middle of the day and rest for an hour or two before heading out for dinner. You are literally 7 minutes away from breakfast at Flapjack's in Gatlinburg and Hillbilly Golf (highly recommend both). The only thing this property does not have is a grill (it doesn't claim to and we didn't need it - but if you need a grill then keep looking). It has just about everything else you could possibly need.Thanks for an amazing stay!

Wonderful location!

The cabin was very clean and cozy. Loved the location. Close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hot tub was great for relaxing with a private balcony and forest views. The kitchen was nicely appointed. Check-in was simple and straightforward. The proprietors were attentive and checked in on us after the first night to see if we needed anything. It was warm during our stay but the AC and ceiling fans kept us comfortable.

Cabin Getaway

We had a great time at the cabin. It is a slight challenge to get to but once there you are pleasantly surprised! Cabin is very nice and clean. Just a short drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Family vacation

We had a great time at Bear Run. The location is very convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, as well as several hiking trails! It was perfect for hiking in the morning and entertainment in the evening! We had a great time with the game room and relaxing in the hot tub.

Five stars!

This property was just as amazing as described! I was impressed with all the extra blankets and pillows. The kids (ages 9, 11, and 13) had the time of their lives with the pool table, arcade games, board games, puzzles, and hot tub. Thank you for the incredible weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Cabin

Our family had a great 3 night stay at the Bear Run Cabin. My kids enjoyed the arcade game and shooting pool while the adults relaxed on the deck in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I'd stay again.

Great for the kids

We picked this spot for the access to both town and trails. We had our 3 boys with us and they loved the loft with the games and pool table. My husband and I enjoyed the deck for our mornings and the hot tub in the evenings. This was our first big vacation as a family and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I would say our only small complaint was the morning light into the bedroom. It wasn’t a direct sunlight but we are just used to total darkness from our own home. Otherwise everything was great and we would book again.

Anniversary stay

Cabin was pretty with everything we needed. Only a few things wrong. The plugs on the wall by the oven did not work. We just moved the coffee maker to adjust. And the jetted tub had no way to turn on the jets?? However, the hot tub was nice!

The Bear Cove was the Best!

We had the most relaxing time! Our hosts were amazing and answered any questions we had. They provided complimentary coffee and creamer and left a welcome note. The game room was awesome! We played throw-back video games for hours! It felt like a cozy nook with the best amenities. We plan to come again!

Perfect cabin for the tourist getaway!

The cabin was excellent for our family of 4. Nestled in the mountains right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, easy access to both! Everything was as expected and the hosts were communicative and accommodating, and the hot tub was very appreciated and needed after the long days doing everything we could squeeze in. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin

This property was absolutely beautiful. It worked well for our family of four. The cabin is located about 5 minutes off of the main road between Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. We drive a Ford Explorer and had not trouble navigating the drive. There were plenty of things to occupy my 12 and 7 year old boys in the evenings after returning from a day of fun. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again.

So much fun

My family loved their first cabin experience. The location was amazing although sketchy driving up the mountain lol we loved it so much we stayed another night. The kids played upstairs. I relaxed in the jacuzzi and the wife and I had coffee each morning on the back deck.

Family vacation

The cabin was clean and cozy. The cabin had mostly everything needed. We thought there was going to be a gas grill, but i guess this particular cabin didnt have one so we went and got a small grill as we brought lots of meat to cook. The hot tub was nice, kids really enjoyed the arcade and pool table. The cabin was a little warm for our preference and no way to adjust on our end so that made it a little difficult as we had to open doors and windows as the cabin was warmer inside than outside. The cabin has security set up which is usually fine but there was one owl camera in the back and it terrified my kids as the camera would move so my kids refused to sleep upstairs. The location of the property was great and close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We had some big storms roll through and we ended up losing electric and water no fault to anyone and thankful that was the morning we were leaving. Lightening struck some trees and the trees fell in the road and we had to call the fire department to help. Thankfully the fire department came quick and we got out within an hour. Overall our stay was nice and the cabin was in a peaceful area. We had a fantastic time in Teneesee.

10+ on communication, clean and convenient location

Husband and myself stayed for 4 nights. We loved the convenient location (in between Pigeon Forge and G'burg) and the hosts were excellent at communicating throughout the stay with any questions we had!! This cabin has it all: 2 floors, pool table, deck, hot tub and jacuzzi.
