The property is just as it is described. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with two more room upstairs. The indoor pool is listed as being heated, however it was cold to us. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of sitting space for outside. The location to the Gatlinburg strip was great. The road to get to the property from the Interstate was pretty curvy and narrow. No big mountains to go up or anything though. Overall, our stay was great.

This house was great! Very spacious. The house was pretty clean. It did have some chip crumbs left behind in the kitchen and the main bedroom. I got the vacuum and just cleaned up. The pool down stairs was a major hit for my children but there were no pool towels. Thankfully I had brought some of my own because I just didn’t know what to expect. Same for trash bags because I saw someone else in a review say there was only the one trash bag and that was correct. We only had one major issue. There was no WiFi for the entire 4 days even after we called several times and were told it would be fixed it never was. There was no tv and we never got to use the movie room because of this. They did say they would credit me 75. ( still waiting for that) But no wifi can be a major issue when people need to check work emails or look for things to do on their phones. We couldn’t get much to load. I would stay here again because it was a really nice house and my children loved the pool right downstairs.

Absolutely wonderful property. Great location, extremely clean, amazing amenities, and wonderful hosts. We particularly loved the indoor pool and I was impressed with the size of the pool compared to some other indoor pools. We have this on our list to return to for our next Gatlinburg trip!

Great relaxing stay

This property was everything it said it would be! So clean and cozy and the pool and hot tub were so nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. In love with it and definitely wasn’t ready to head back to Nebraska, will be back for another stay for sure

Great place!

The cabin was great! No one wanted to leave. Everything was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Location is pretty convenient to all the surrounding activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

The house it self was gorgeous. Pool was nice. We love the big door in the pool room to go outside. They only left two garbage bags and two dishwasher pods. Next time I would bring my own because we didn’t notice until we used the last one.

Was a great house and stay. We unfortunately had bad weather while we were in Gatlinburg so we used the house and activities quite a bit. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub (while small) was perfect to relax in. We played a lot of pool upstairs and even found a covered pickleball court underneath the driveway. Highly recommend!

Great location. Called maintenance daily.

The property was nice and clean. It was in a great location. Once the pool and hot tub were at a comfortable temperature my family was able to enjoy them quite a bit. The balconies were nice. Upon our arrival the heated pool was really cold, so called maintenance to address the issue. Since it was after 5pm they wouldn’t be able to come until morning. The alarm system for the pool was also a pain. The instructions given in the email were confusing, and the instructional video was set to “private” and we were unable to watch. Everytime my kids toughed out the cold water our first night, the alarm went off. I called the desk for verbal instructions and they weren’t much help either. Went upstairs to play ping pong and all the balls were broken. Went to play pool, the table was super unlevel. The second day the maintenance man came!on the morning, fixed the pool heater issue and helped us with the pool alarm issue. That evening the breaker tripped and we had no upstairs lights on WiFi. Maintenance called me and gave me the door code so that I could unlock the closet and flip the breaker myself since it was late at night and he was an hour drive away. The third day the breaker tripped again and since I already knew the code I was able to reset it without calling maintenance. For what it was, it’s a nice cabin. Frustrating that I paid almost 3k and had to call maintenance almost every day. And if your issue is after 5pm, there is no maintenance there to help

Weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The breaker flipped a few times turning off the dishwasher, microwave, and the pool room lights. This wasn’t enough of an issue to need someone to come out and fix during our stay, just very minor inconveniences. If you have young kids, make sure to bring baby gates as there are two stair cases in the living room. Overall, it was a very clean and a beautiful home. I loved how someone called to check in on us on the second day. We would stay there again. We had a wonderful trip!

Nice but has a few flaws

New property good location. Water pressure is terrible, doors dont shut or lock well on bathrooms. No blow dryers at all in any of the bathrooms. Clean.
