Amazing views and convenient location!

Amazing views and convenient location! Once you open the door to this beautiful 2 BR/2.5 BA log home located less than 5 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg, you will appreciate the furnishings throughout, coupled with a fully modern kitchen with all the amenities including granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Less than 3 miles from the Rocky Top Sports Complex, and 15 minutes from Dollywood and all the activities available in the Pigeon Forge area.

The dining area that actually seats 6 people comfortably with a eat at bar, and a large living area with flat screen TV , WiFi with all the streaming channels you need for family enjoyment. Bedding consists of 2 king bedrooms and a set of bunk beds (full and a twin on top). Nice game room with Pool table and Arcade unit including large screen TV. All bedrooms are complimented with flat screen TV's as well. All TV's are equipped with all the streaming channels through ROKU. Step out onto the extra - large wrap around deck on the main level and take in the outstanding mountain views offered and relax in the hot tub after a long day of activities and enjoy the rockers and hammock available complimented with large table and chairs to take in the outside atmosphere and the surrounding beauty that awaits you in the Smoky's Den.

This cabin is absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be back. Very close and convenient to Gatlinburg, comfortable rooms, very nicely decorated, amazing views from the porch, and our son loved playing many rounds at pool. The communication and friendliness of our host was top notch. Thank you!

Heaven on the mountain !

We have rented other cabins before, but this cabin was by far the most impressive! The views were absolutely stunning. The home was clean and comfortable. The deck was private and expect to see bears. The rental provides dish/dishwasher soap, and travel sized shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Also included is a bit of laundry detergent, but I suggest you bring some more. Truly amazing stay, 10/10

The view is amazing, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and needed appliances to cook at home. Check in and check out we’re super easy. Would highly recommend and would rebook another stay. Warning bears tried to get in our car so make sure you lock your doors, but they are super cute to look at.

place was clean, beautiful view, management was polite and helpful. we seen a black bear and cub first day at the cabin, in the driveway. would stay again. only complaint was that VRBO, didn't list all the other fee's associated with the cabin.

Where do we even begin!!

We had an amazing stay at Smokey Den Il. This cabin was spectacular! It still looks brand new with a very open and beautifully decorated floor plan. Nice bedrooms and the master shower... very large walk in!! LOVED THIS!! We enjoyed sipping on our coffee, in the hot tub every morning looking at the amazing views. One of our nights was very rainy and we decided to stay in. There is plenty to do! We watched movies, played pool and video games. We truly had a relaxed and wonderful time. And to top our stay off... You may not want to venture out on foot to explore the area. We saw bears every single day for 4 days We had three sets of mama bears with their babies!!! One set (3 babies!! ) was only about 50 ft from our cabin on the road. The other two sets were within 1/16th of a mile. Truly, an amazing area to enjoy the wildlife. They are sharing their territory with us. Take caution when opening the front door and keep your car doors locked! We definitely will be enjoying many more stays at this cabin. We paid attention to other people 's reviews regarding the roads getting there, they can be a bit tricky in some places but just take it very slow and use your GPS! And thank you to the hosts! I had one minor question and called and they answered and responded immediately. I just have to end with saying again, what an incredible stay we had! So relaxing and breathtaking! and spacious,

Awesome cabin

The cabin was in a great location in proximity to Gatlinburg. We saw a mama bear and her two cubs on one of the mornings from the beautiful wrap around deck. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a fantastic Easter weekend reconnecting. The beds are super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Perfect little cabin!!

Loved our stay at this property. Sweeping views and amazing location! We were removed from the “action” but only a few minutes from the main strip in gatlinburg. We loved the hot tub and pool table and even saw bears!

We loved the cabin. Plenty room for 4 adults. We loved the game room also. The beds were great. The location was also good. The only thing that confused us upon arrival was we did not see a number on the cabin letting us know for sure it was the right one. Thankfully it was. We would definitely stay here again. Thanksgiving stay

The cabin was spotless. The location cannot be beat and the bears visiting was the cherry on top. We love the location. Couple of things when thinking about your stay here. This is cabin is company owned so the kitchen while stocked with pans and cooking utensils doesn't have the spices and items that some privately owned cabins have. No worry you can get them at the food lion. Also extra pillows didn't have pillow cases so you may to stash a couple extra in your suitcase. Overall I would 100% stay here again. Those two little things were not enough to make it anything but a 5 star cabin.

Magical Spot

I'm sure its been said many times before, but the pictures don't do this place justice. We absolutely love our time here. The highlight for us was definitely the porch. We spent mornings out drinking coffee and watching bears. A few nights we had dinner on the table outside and watching fireflies from the hot tub was magical. Our family of 4 agreed that this was everyone favorite place we have ever stayed.

Excellent location, setup, and views!

This place was great. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do from Gatlinburg to Smoky Mtn National Park. The setup was perfect for our party which was 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy in/easy out experience and great communication when we had any questions.

Smokey’s Den

The cabin was super nice and very clean. The location from town was a short 5 minute drive and the views from the cabin were awesome. We saw some black bear also. This cabin was perfect for kids with upstairs rooms and bathroom also had a pool table to keep them entertained. The hot tub was nice and hot also. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful New Cabin in the Mountains, Overlooking Gatlinburg

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We left Smoky's Den II yesterday after a 4 night stay. We couldn't have been happier with this cabin. It certainly is new, and the new home smell hits you when you walk in the door. It is very clean and shiny and was the perfect respite up the mountain after being in the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. In fact, after the first day touring the city and walking our legs off, we may have spent just as much time relaxing in this beautiful cabin as we spent downtown. We watched a mama bear and her cubs exploring each morning and evening from the wrap around deck and enjoyed that as much if not more than any other part of our trip! The bear family never disappointed us, each evening...the little cubs wrestling each other or climbing a nearby tree and exploring a not quite finished home being constructed next door. (Don't worry about noise from that, btw.....we were never awakened by the work being done). One evening, another adult even showed up for a bit. The cabin has 2 master suites, so we didn't have to draw straws to see who got the nicest bedroom, which was nice. The cabin would be fine for a family as well, as the 3rd bedroom had a bunk bed with a full bed at the bottom. Also a game room where we had a little fun one afternoon. Rooms were huge and the main level completely open. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. The bathrooms had double sinks and nice showers (I believe the upstairs also has a tub).
