Every corner of this five‑bedroom retreat feels designed for families and groups to settle in comfortably and create lasting memories.



Sleeping arrangements

The cabin offers five bedrooms, each with streaming TV and an ensuite bathroom. On the main level, a bedroom features a king bed with a private ensuite, while a second bedroom provides a full over full bunk bed. Upstairs, three additional suites each contain a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The layout comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with extra pillows and blankets throughout.



Indoor amenities

A heated indoor pool is available year‑round, complemented by a private indoor theater for movies on a large screen. The game room includes a racing simulator, multicade arcade machine, billiards table and a game console. A fully appointed kitchen, dining area and spacious living room make meal preparation and socializing effortless. Laundry needs are met with a washer and free dryer. For younger guests, a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby safety gates and children’s dinnerware are provided.



Outdoor living

Step onto the balcony to sit by the fire table, or gather around the wood‑burning fire pit in the backyard. The hot tub, also year‑round, offers a warm soak after mountain adventures. Outdoor furniture, a dining set and a charcoal grill let you enjoy fresh air when the weather permits. Free parking, a private entrance and a smart lock enable easy self check‑in.



Home features & safety

The cabin includes Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Safety is covered by smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first‑aid kit and an exterior security camera over the front door. Long‑term stays are allowed; guests must be 21 or older to book, and all guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Additional notes

The cabin is decorated for Christmas from December 1 through December 31, depending on guest check‑outs after Thanksgiving. Check‑in or check‑out is not permitted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Pets are not allowed; service dogs are accepted with proper documentation and must not be left unattended. A 5 % discount is offered to active military, veterans, police and firefighters—reserve first, then message proof of service for a refund through the resolution center on the day of check‑in.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding a few owners closets.

Access to this property in the inter months may require 4WD if there is ice or snow. The driveway leading to this cabin is gravel and can be slippery on the incline if there is snow and/or ice
