3 BR/3 BA Beautiful, Family Owned Cabin with NO steep hills and private decks!

Cozy Bear Cabin is located less than 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, and 1/2 mile to the Arts & Crafts District! Wonderful area of Gatlinburg! Restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and Wine/tapas all within minutes drive from our cabin.

Our Cabin:
3 King Bedroom, 3 full bath, Privacy In The Trees, Level Parking, 1/2 mi walk to Trolley Stop.
As you enter the MAIN LEVEL you find a very spacious living area with fireplace, high ceilings, and lots of windows, dining area, full kitchen, coffee bar, king bedroom, and full bath.

The UPSTAIRS LEVEL has the king master bedroom with private bath, double vanities, and it's own deck.

All can enjoy the spacious LOWER LEVEL family room with pool table, Arcade, lots of windows, fireplace, TV, a king bedroom, full bath, and washer and dryer. There is lots of room to spread out inside.
Our cabin is tucked away in the gorgeous woods of Gatlinburg. No steep hills on a mountainside to get here!

Enjoy the cozy wooded views with a cup of coffee outside on the covered, wraparound decks. On the main level deck, you can relax in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace. The cabin furnishes wireless internet access, Smart televisions in every room, pool table, MULTICADE arcade machine, charcoal grill, 3 gas fireplaces, and central heat and air.

We know how hectic it can be getting into town, and trying to pick up all the supplies you need! We try our best to keep the cabin stocked with household necessities such as garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc!. Please keep in mind, it may run out during your stay depending on how many people are in your party, and the length of your stay! But we do our best to stock it!

A portion from every rental goes straight to support orphans around the world through an organization called The Boaz Project! We want to say a big thank you in advance to any of our future guests for helping us to help vulnerable children of the world!

We absolutely loved everything about this cabin! We visited with our 3 kids, ages 3, 6 and 8 years for their fall break. They enjoyed the video game and learning to play pool in the basement, the nice selection of games to play in front of the fireplace, and relaxing in the hot tub on the deck. We also enjoyed having lunch picnics at the picnic table on the deck! The bedrooms are large and the beds so comfortable and cozy, with lots of blankets. Each bedroom also has a bathroom connected which is so convenient. The owner was super friendly and quick to answer the couple questions we had prior to our arrival. The location is great, giving you the privacy and feel of being up in a mountain, but only a 10 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We hope to come back and stay in the same cabin again someday!

Everything was super clean and comfortable! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the cabin, the deck and the hot tub! We even got to enjoy daily visits from bears! Our stay at the cabin was delightful. We utilized all three bedrooms and found the beds to be very comfortable. We also utilized the fireplaces in the evening and they provided additional warmth with the cool evenings. My son and his partner enjoyed the use of the hot tub. My only recommendations would be to recognize that although toiletries are provided you do need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Also, if planning on doing any cooking, there are very limited condiment supplies. I anticipated having things like olive oil, ketchup, mustard mayonnaise, but none were to be found. Also, if planning on using the grill, it is good to know in advance that it is a charcoal grill and no charcoal is provided. It just led to another trip to the store that was unanticipated. Overall communication with the owner was fabulous. The home is spotless And the stay was wonderful.

Fantastic cabin experience!! The host had household necessities such as toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, coffee/creamer, etc readily available. House was beautiful and super clean. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Bathrooms were all spaced perfectly next to each room. Definitely plan to come back!!!

Cozy bear cabin

Very private, quiet location away from the busyness of downtown Gatlinburg yet easy to get to all the attractions in 10-15 minutes. House was well maintained. As advertised. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place for family and/or friends it is a great place to stay.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

Our stay at Amanda's Cozy Bear Cabin was wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for more.The Cozy Bear Cabin was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, indeed very cozy and accommodating, and felt welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect for our needs, just a 5-minute drive to Gatlinburg main street and all the activities.We highly recommend staying at Amanda's Cozy Bear Cabin, and we would definitely love to return to this wonderful cabin on our next visit to Gatlinburg.

Cozy Bear Cabin was wonderful

The cabin was perfect! Close to downtown yet removed enough to be in the quiet woods. Home is very clean and spacious. Owner was great to work with she answered any questions timely.
