Check in was at 4 pm the house was dirty could not get with the host until the next day we was out celebrating my mother 60th birthday every room was dirty bathroom dirty no clean bedding no tissue no garbage bags no towels no soap no air conditioner ceiling fans barely working the host is terrible I never came across anything like this before my stay here was the worse

We really enjoyed our stay. Was in town for a family reunion. Don’t let this house fool you from the picture. In other words don't judge a home from outward appearance. It is beautiful. And our host Jasmine was wonderful attended to every need. Will definitely book againThe Scruggs Family

Gary Stay

The property was beautiful and very modern. There was plenty of space. It had all the amenities to make you feel right at home. It was close to restaurants and casino in Gary. I would definitely stay again!!!!

I have some comments regarding the house. When we arrived, the house was not clean—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. There were not enough bed sheets, and when we checked the washing machine, all the dirty sheets were inside. I don’t think it is professional to deliver the house in that condition. We are dissatisfied with this service. we talk with the owner and they just sorry about the inconvenient after all that the house was okay

Would not stay again. The AC did not work and the owner did not respond until after we had already left from our trip. Even then, I was told to open windows. However the windows were either unable to open or there was no screen. It was literally 85 degrees in the house. On top of that, the grass was severely unkempt at over 2 ft tall. We had to wear shoes in the house because the floors were so dirty, my 2 yr old’s feet were black. There were very few kitchen utensils and zero trash bags or hand soap. We had to go buy our own. The bedding & towels were clean and we had plenty of space, so that was good. Oh and the fire alarm had low battery and was beeping the whole time. We ended up taking it down. Do not recommend.

Came to the area for a family emergency with a large party (14). The property stated it could easily accommodate. Not as advertised. Not enough towels only one coffee cup not enough cutlery not enough glasses, plates or bowls. Upstairs shower leaked into the basement. When initially mentioned to host host provided paper plates, disposable cups, and plastic cutlery as a solution for the lack of proper kitchenware other than that communication the host was impossible to get a hold of And, even though she offered a partial refund to accommodate us for our inconveniences we have never heard from her again nor has she responded to 2/3 of our communication a phone number as well as an email was provided. We attempted to communicate through both and again communication was impossible. The house has been renovated and looks lovely. However, it is not as advertised, and the host is unwilling to offer appropriate solutions.
