The fenced back yard offers direct, easy access to the water. Bring your boat and explore the lake, or swim/kayak right outside your door. The home is fully stocked, and the neighborhood features a pool, playground, pickleball courts, and picnic area.

On the top floor, you'll find an open-concept living and dining area with panoramic views of the lake, along with a main suite with bay window, laundry, and half bath. A covered deck and outdoor living space beckons you outdoors to overlook the landscaped yard and gaze at the pristine waters and wildlife. Downstairs, you'll find an additional family room with TV and board games, three additional bedrooms, and another 1.5 baths. Multiple doors lead you to a cozy fire pit area and covered patio. Just beyond that, a garden gate leads you on a path directly to the water.

Two kayaks are provided for guest use, as are life jackets, bag chairs and water floats. Guests can explore the The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center, with a lakefront pool ($5 per person, per day), playground, pickleball and basketball courts, and a picnic area overlooking the lake. The home has a secluded feel, but within 30 minutes you can reach Bentonville, Rogers, and Eureka Springs for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, oils and spices, to-go containers, and a grill is provided on the deck. Our goal is to ensure a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable experience for you. It's been a lifelong dream for our family to own a home on the lake, and we can't wait to welcome you to our amazing retreat!
