Immersed in the greenery of the hills surrounding Lake Garda, this apartment enjoys a quiet and panoramic position just a few minutes from the centre of Gardone Riviera. The accommodation, located on the first floor without a lift, opens onto a living room furnished with a sofa, from which it is possible to access the equipped balcony with views of the greenery and the lake.

Following this, an independent kitchen equipped with a dining table, and a spacious sleeping area consisting of three rooms: The first with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet, the second with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe, and the third with two single beds. Finally, completing the apartment layout, a second bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

*The last stretch of road "Via Ronciglio" to reach the house is narrow and passable in both directions of traffic.



*To reach the entrance of the apartment there are approximately 30 steps.



* There are cameras that frame the private balcony and the entrance of the dwelling.

Among the main tourist destinations on Lake Garda, Gardone Riviera is the ideal city for the presence of cultural, historical and natural attractions. In the city centre you can admire the magnificent historic palaces that house prestigious hotels and period villas such as the charming Villa Alba, and the picturesque villages: Gardone di Sotto and Gardone di Sopra, connected by the Hruska Gardens of the Botanical Garden, a floral collection of continental character. From the waterfront of Gardone Riviera, tourists will be able to benefit from the ferry that takes them in a few minutes to the Veronese shore, to Malcesine, where it is possible to take the panoramic cable car to climb to the 1800 metres of Monte Baldo and to the other locations of Lake Garda.



Gardone Riviera train station is only 5 minutes by car from the apartment, whilst Verona airport is an hour and a quarter's drive from the accommodation.
