Hi Sarah, I'm sorry you found the suite you stayed in to be dingy. I'm not sure if this could be a review for perhaps a different location as there are no bright lights outside that unit. It would only be the porch light or the sunlight that comes in through the window overlooking the river. As for the road noise, I find our property to be quiet at night as there isn't much traffic in the evening here in town. Your room was not by the road at all, your unit was further out on our property. I am sorry you found your room to unsuitable, best of luck in your future travels.
