PROS:
We booked one of the cabins and the location is good. Nice and close to the national park. They also provide walking sticks and binoculars in the cabin which is a nice perk. They provide outside fireplaces and s’more kits.
CONS:
The cabins seemed nice but looking close they are dirty and not well maintained.
A lot of the corners have dirt and debris in them. Ledges, especially the windows are caked with dust and dirt. We were able to get the tv to turn on but couldn’t get it to change channels or get it off of mute. The water in the shower took 4-5 minutes to warm up and was not well maintained or cleaned. A lot of wear and tear and orange hard water stains.
We had 6 nights booked. We talked to the front desk after check in and were able to check out the next morning.
Ameika, the front desk supervisor was very kind and understanding. Expedia reviews are generally positive for this property, but Google and other review locations mention a lot of housekeeping issues.
Overall nice amenities offered, but a dated, not well maintained, and dirty hotel.
