Five minutes from Auberge Wildflower Farms, and 10 minutes to New Paltz and multiple hiking trails and rail trails.

The space
The house is located on three acres of landscaped property at the end of a cul de sac with multiple gardens and a lighted driveway. The house faces South so there is an abundance of natural light in the unit. The property looks out on both back and front manicured lawns and gardens. The bedroom faces a multiple season blooming flower garden. Personally controlled central air makes for a comfortable evenly cooled and heated space in all seasons. All well water is triple filtered through a water softening system and a 60 gallon high speed water heater allows for long showers with no shortage of hot water. As this property is on s a septic system only toilet paper can be used, no wet wipes or feminine products may be flushed.

The private rear yard has outdoor furniture, a grill, and multiple planted bushes and trees and a flower garden. Pets are welcome but both front and backyards are not fenced so dogs must be kept on leashes. There is no traffic and few cars, but leashed dogs are part of town ordinance rules. Poop bags must be used. There are two trash receptacles outside the garage for disposal of recyclables, poop bags, and any household trash that accumulates in your apartment. Outdoor lighting is provided for apartment and garage entrance.

The apartment has a private key padded entrance. There are no stairs required to enter the unit. It is located on the lower floor of an owner occupied split level ranch home constructed in 2020. This STR was created early 2025 so all appliances and furnishings are modern and new.

Other things to note
Trash Receptacles are available in the front of garage for recyclables and any household trash that accumulates. If bringing a dog all poop bags must be placed in outside receptacle Plastic, Glass, Paper, and Metal can be placed in the can with the clear plastic bag. They can all be placed in the same container.

Please strip the sheets and place towels in the center of the unit upon departure.

Place any trash bags in the bins outside of the garage.

Turn off heat and or A/C when leaving the apartment.
