Beautiful property, but was not clean properly before we got there. The grill was a total mess and there was mold growing in the showers. There were holes in the bedroom rock climbing wall room just a number of things that was not done before we got there. I will send pictures love the design of the home and the space in the bedroom, but when you pay for cleaning service, it would be nice if it was clean to the best standards available the hot tub I had to treat it.

This lodge was the perfect place to hold our cross country camp this year! It was clean and comfortable and there were plenty of places for the athletes and chaperones to sleep and hang out! The kitchen had everything we needed! Everyone had so much fun and we hope to come back here in the future!

Such a lovely vacation home!

Our family has rented this home for our family reunion for the last two years! It is such a perfect place if you have a big group. Plenty of beds. Plenty of parking. We even had two boats and a bunch of cars. The house is immaculate and the view is spectacular. The kids love the hot tub. We love the kitchen area. There’s also a little butlers pantry day is so great. The kitchen is big and large to play games in. It’s the perfect house! Travis is so great to work with. Rent it now before it’s gone!

The photos of this home are excellent, but don’t do it justice! The rooms are more spacious than they appear. We have 42 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and large, with two fridges and two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again.

Did not disappoint

This is our 2nd time staying on this property and we loved it as much as the first time. The view can not be beat and the accommodations for a large group is great. Love the king size beds and baths in the bedrooms and many different gathering spots so you don't feel crowded. The yard is what the kids like the best and the movie room. I personally love the kitchen with plenty of space to cook and prepare meals for 30 people. The Host is always available to remedy any issues and we truly appreciate that.

Great place for a large group

We had our family reunion here. There were 35 of us. Plenty of rooms and beds. All the rooms have king beds which is awesome! Lots of bunk beds. Most of us were adults and large teenagers. It was a little tricky getting some of the bigger kids into the bunks. But the littles were no problem. There are some mats for the floor also. There wasn’t any bedding left for the mats but the owners did bring some sheets the next day. If you’re planning to use the floor mats I’d just recommend bringing some blankets. Great lawn space for games. Tons of parking. Overall it we loved it!

70th Birthday Family reunion

The house is gorgeous with plenty of room for large groups. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck gazing at the lake and visiting. Several enjoyed a dip in the spa in the evenings. We cooked all meals in the spacious kitchen and the kitchen had everything we needed except a wine opener. The grill outside was perfect and Travis had a full tank of propane which was great!The kids all enjoyed the theater room and the corn hole and ping pong tables etc in the garage. If you are coming out of state as we did just be prepared that there are no beach accessories such as towels or chairs or umbrellas. We could not find anywhere to rent them in town. We really loved this house and I would love to rent it again. Thank you Travis

Beautiful Luxury Mountain Retreat

Outlook Lodge is a beautiful luxury mountain home with an incredible view of Bear Lake. There was an amazing well thought out layout that fit our young extended family of twenty with plenty of room to spare. Great family memories made!

Thanksgiving at the Cabin

This cabin is perfect! So fun for our family of 45 from ages of 2-70! The kitchen is stocked with so many things which we appreciated to help for thanksgiving the kids loved sledding in the yard and playing in the basement! Beautiful cabin! Would definitely stay again! And owners are great to work with!!

Wonderful Family Home

We had 31 people for a family reunion and were very comfortable in this home. We LOVED the kitchen, dining area with the big tables, being connected to the spacious living room made it very easy to go back and forth and visit all in the same area. There was lots of room for games on the tables and eating. Everything we brought to cook with was already there in the kitchen and spacious butler pantry. Having a private bath with all but one bedroom was a bonus! We were pleased that the movie/bunk room also had its own bath and a door to close for privacy. With the hot tub and games in the garage, there was plenty to keep everyone having fun! Thank you!

Amazing stay in Garden City!

We loved our stay at Lookout Lodge/Cherimoya Hill in Garden City. The home is beautiful! It is so spacious and accommodated our family of 20 very well. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the adults enjoyed having their own private bedroom and bath. We really loved the dining area where we could all eat together. The kitchen is well-stocked with two fridges, ovens, dishwashers and small appliances. There were so many extras we weren't expecting. We can't wait to return sometime to stay in this outstanding home!

We found the property to be excellent with most of all the amenities that we wanted. During our stay, one of the refrigerators started to malfunction, but it still kept things cool enough. It will need some help.

The best house in Bear Lake!

What a great time we had at this beautiful house! The views of Bear Lake were breathtaking! The bedrooms were perfect and we had plenty of bathrooms. There were about 34 of us from one family. The kitchen was fabulous! 2 fridges and 2 stoves and 2 washers and dryers. The house is built so we could all prepare our food then eat together! We loved the big open dining room and tables and chairs. We had enough room to play lots of fun games! We had the greatest time. We have rented lots of other houses in Garden City, but this one is THE BEST! Thank you Travis for giving us the opportunity to use your home. Everything was great. The boys loved playing foosball and pool, and when we weren't on the water, the kids loved playing soccer and riding the bikes from the house. Just perfect in every way. We will be staying there again for sure!

Family Reunion

We loved holding our family reunion in this beautiful house at this excellent location. There were 36 of us including young children, teens, and adults. Everyone had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, outdoor activities and just “hanging out.” We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and the amenities provided at this one were by far the best that we have ever seen. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, pot, pan or anything else that you could possibly need for preparing meals. There were so many activities provided by the owners that everyone always had something to do. The view of Bear Lake is amazing and the location is perfect. When our family decides to visit Bear Lake again we will definitely stay here.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful and well-stocked, with activities for the kids and plenty of beds and bathrooms. There was a problem with the hot tub and the host took care of it quickly and with minimal disruption. We'd definitely stay here again!
