Your next vacation stop… PLAYCATION STATION! This beautiful one level home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms AND a separate two-story cottage with 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a second kitchen. This home sleeps up to 34 guests, 26 in beds with an additional 8 in sleeper sofas, making it the perfect destination for your large family and friend getaway. This home features three fun themed rooms that are sure to be a hit – THE RANGER STATION, THE PIRATE’S LAIR, and ANCHOR’S AWAY. This home also has a full RV hook-up (sewer, water, and electrical) on the north side of the property.

Location, location, location! This home is located in the heart of Garden City. It is only 2 blocks from the Garden City Park public beach, and is walking or biking distance to everything Bear Lake has to offer. This home is adjacent to Heritage Park and the back patio is the perfect viewing spot for city fireworks. Your friends and family will love having a BBQ and playing in the yard with a fun playset for the littles or a game of Croquet, Cornhole, or Bocce Ball for the young at heart. 4 Pickleball paddles and balls are also onsite to enjoy at the Heritage Park pickleball courts next door. As the sun fades, you’ll enjoy spending time under the stars and the twinkle lights of the patio while relaxing in the spacious hot tub or visiting by the fire table.

This house truly puts the PLAY into your vacation with the ultimate game room featuring a pool table, arcade games, air hockey table, giant Connect Four game, and an Xbox with Game Pass. There is also a wide variety of card and board games available for your enjoyment. There are 6 large Samsung Smart TV’s and free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:

There are a total of four bathrooms, 2 in the Main House and 2 in the Cottage. Each bathroom has a hair dryer available for guests to use and plenty of luxurious towels. There is also a laundry room in the Main House with a full Washer/Dryer and an iron/ironing board. The two kitchens are fully stocked and there is a large pantry to use during your stay. The Main House seats 16 in the dining room, 4 at the bar in the Game Room, and there are additional folding chairs and tray tables available. The Cottage seats 6 in the dining space with additional tray tables. There are several patio tables and picnic tables available to accommodate for large parties eating outdoors. The home has a propane BBQ Grill and a propane Griddle Grill. There is also ample parking available that allows for 12+ vehicles in the large circular driveway. PLAYCATION STATION is the ultimate destination for FUN at Bear Lake and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Guests may go directly to the property. Additional information about the property will be given to guests after they have booked. No smoking or pets allowed. Winter: 4WD strongly advised. Check-out is at 10:00 am.

The property was everything it was advertised as, in short it was excellent. Beds and bedrooms were great, kitchen was well stocked and very good, the only negative is that we could not figure out how to work the electric can opener - that very well might be operator error.

Fun time in Garden City!

Thank you for such a fun trip to Bear Lake! Everything was so organized and clean. Plenty of shade and outdoor fun for the little ones it was decorated so cute and plenty of bed for all. . I would definitely recommend spending time here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved being able to spread out over two buildings. We had 6 adults and 7 children ages 6 to 14 and we didn't even use all the beds! The variety and arrangement of the rooms was excellent. The backyard and shade trees were a wonderful bonus and we watched the fireworks on July 5th right from the yard. The location is close to everything in Garden City. The house and cottage are way nicer than the pictures make them appear. The decor is perfect This is a wonderfully appointed VRBO and everything is meticulously labelled even the light switches. The only negative comment we had was the place is in need of a deep cleaning. The kind of cleaning you only do once a year. The surfaces are all cleaned nicely throughout, but don't look under the beds. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again if we were to go back to Bear Lake.

Perfect spot for enjoying Bear Lake

We had a wonderful time at Bear Lake. This property was perfect for our group with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the indoor space and loved the outdoor patio. We spent our evenings gathered around the fire under the string lights. The property was centrally located and we walked into town to get shakes. I was impressed with the organization within the house, from the kitchen to the pantry and even the extra bedding, it was all kept up and easy to find. Although I didn’t get a chance to play in the game room, plenty of the younger members of our group had a ball. The host had great communication and responsive. Overall, this property was great and I would stay here again!

Family reunion getaway

Carson Reunion

We loved it! Our 8 adult children’s loved it and our 9 grandchildren had a blast. They loved the in swings set and game room, which is where they spent most of their time when we weren’t at the lake. It was a great location, very quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. My adult children loved to relax in the hot tub after kids were put to bed and we enjoyed the large kitchen and family area where we could hangout , play games and just visit.

Great Property!

We stayed here for 3 nights and about 3 days. It was perfect for our extended family with plenty of beds and spaces for gathering. We loved the outdoor area and spent lots of time outside eating, visiting and playing. The family/dining area was big and was great for gathering and game playing. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, cutlery and cookware. We had a fun time and enjoyed being close to the lake and park. We would definitely recommend this property to others!

Amazing Stay!

What a great getaway for our family of 20! (Adults & children 4-11yrs.) Plenty to do right on site and a large space for all to gather both inside and out. They have thought of everything; darling decor, well stocked kitchen, laundry, hot tub and a game room! 😊 We will keep this in mind for a future stay!

Awesome Place that fit our family!!

The game room and outside shady play area was a plus for those with kids. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. We love the location for walking to shopping or food. The hosts are very responsive to questions, and the house is well stocked in the kitchen with all you’ll need to cook and feed a crowd. The only drawback is one of the bathrooms in the main house is in a master suite and not as accessible if you have sleeping littles in that room. We had 20 total with 10 adults and 10 kids ranging in age 1 to 15. I highly recommend this house!!

A Hidden Treasure

This property is so much fun. Evrything is super well thought out from the layout down to the plates and silverware. It is such a cute and fun place. It was great for a multi-family reunion. The locatiin is perfect, especially for evening shake runs. The hosts are great and super responsive.

Perfect rental

Where to start? Large kitchen flowed into spacious living room and dining room. Our ages ranged from 11-75. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. We ate many meals outdoors because of the ambience of the trees and peaceful atmosphere In back. Hot tub was great. 2 refrigerators was helpful between the 2 houses. 4 bathrooms helped. We spent an afternoon at north beach where we could park on the sand. We spent another day at the south end of the lake where we rented a pontoon boat and raft and spent a lazy 6 hours out on the water. Wonderful trip. So many memories.

Delightful, great teen gathering place with other activities within a short walk. Large group gathering area worked well for our group of 25-30. Bathroom space is inadequate for large group. Bedrooms are crowded except for two with three beds, they had a great photographer. Ran out of TP twice but all other needs were very well stocked and well organized. The yard is beautiful and well maintained and enjoyed on the nights that we did not have rain. Owner contact was excellent, response rapid :)

Nice location, nice house for larger group

Had our extended family with us (22 in total). Room for everyone, Very comfortable. Kids loved the air hockey, pool table and arcade games. Separate guest house with 2 bathrooms and kitchen is a plus. Location is great. Everything went smoothly. Would stay again.

Great reunion location

This is a very charming home in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to walk to get milkshakes or visit gift shops. It had a well stocked kitchen with baking pans of every size. There were 31 of us, aging from 1 to 68 and we all had plenty of room. We were grateful for the five picnic tables so we had plenty of room to eat and play games outside. The beautiful north beach, with plenty of sand and boat launching is just 20 minutes away or you can walk the four blocks to the local beach. 80% of our group have already asked for us to rebook for 2025. (The other 20% aren't beach/boat people!) (Don't forget to bring your own shampoo)

Bear Lake getaway

Fabulous stay, the home was wonderful. Spacious, well stocked to meet our needs. Enjoyed the yard each day on the patio under the trees while the kids played. It was every bit as great as we imagined.

there was plenty of room. the house was very clean. the only problem was the tree by the hot tube made it a mess on the patio inside of the hot tube and when we took the trash out the cans where full .one of the arcade games did not work. I would go back again.

Quaint, quite, relaxing vacation!

This place was decorated so cute! Most items we needed were there and there was room for all 18 of us. (If you have a large group bring extra toilet paper) My favorite was the cottage out back, it was nice to be able to "get away" if you needed to relax and get some quiet time. The hosts were awesome and even gave us a deal on an extra day so we could stay for the super bowl!! We had an issue with the hot tub, it was so dirty we didn't even want to get in. When I told the hosts they said they would make sure to get that corrected, but it was a bummer since we picked this place specifically because of the hot tub :(. Other than that, everything was great!
