We are just so excited to give you a chance to stay in our brand new home. Don't miss the opportunity to be one of the first people to enjoy staying at this beautiful new home!

LOCATION
Our favorite thing about our home (and the main reason we decided to purchase this particular property) is the location. You'll find yourself right in the heart of Garden City where you can walk a block to get a famous Raspberry Shake from Zipz, La Beaus or Ephraim's. Walk across the street to grab pizza from Summit Pizza Co or grab mexican from our favorite Cafe Sabor. These are just a few of our favorite places, so try our recommendations or head over to your favorites. The best part is that you won't have to fight the chaos of finding a parking spot!

KITCHEN/DINING
We've stocked the kitchen with all of the cookware you might need. We've got everything from a blender to a slow cooker, from pots and pans to a coffee maker. So just bring your favorite foods & we'll have everything you need to prepare them once you get here.

LIVING ROOM
There is a sofa on the main floor, but the main gathering area is upstairs. We found the biggest & comfiest sectional that we could fit and provided extra blankets so you can cozy up and watch any of your favorite movies or TV shows on our 65 inch Smart TV.

BEDROOMS
A sign of a good vacation is being exhausted by the end of the day. We've bought top of the line mattresses (with 4 pillows on most of the beds!) so that you can sleep well each night and wake up ready for the vacation to continue! For your ease in planning, here is the exact layout of each of the bedrooms:

Master: King Bed + Pack-n-Play (sleeps 2 + infant)
Bedroom #2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #3: Queen-over-Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4)

All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. The master has an en suite bathroom and the other 2 rooms share the second bathroom.

PARKING
You'll have your own private garage plus the two spaces on the concrete in front of it. If you need more space than that, the HOA owns a field adjacent to this home that they use as an overflow parking lot. So bring your boat, jet skis, snow machines, 4 wheelers, RZR or anything else you can think of, because you'll have the space to park them! And Bear Lake is one of the best places in the state to enjoy all of these outdoor adventures!

Our property management company provides an app that you can download during your stay. Inside the app, you'll find a comprehensive list of every restaurant in the area along with their recommendations, lists of some of the best hikes & ATV trails, lesser known activities to do off of the lake as well as so much more. And the best part is that we've coordinated with local companies to get you discounts at many places!

LARGE GROUP ACCOMMODATION

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to rent multiple townhomes from the complex to fit the needs of your party. If you have a large group, please reach out as we manage all of them and can likely help coordinate the stay for a large group.

It's a newer condo which is nice. Walking distance to food. My one complaint is it was filthy. Silverware was dirty, rugs were discolored from dirt, little hairs all over the bathroom floor+baseboard+shower. I loved the full size washer and dryer but the washer had a horrible smell.

Would book again. Overall, all it was a very nice place and good location. Easy to book, received good communication from the property manager and check-in was easy. Relatively new and everything is in good condition and working order. The lower bunk bed is not suitable for two adults - bed squeaks and mattress not as comfortable as the others in the house. We were asked to remove our shoes, which was fine because we do that in our own home. But the floors, though appearing clean, needed to be mopped/scrubbed prior to arrival.

Overall it was a great stay! Very convenient location close to places to eat. Very cleanThe only suggestions are to replace the mattresses in the bunk bed room. My teenagers complained that they were not comfortable. Also, it’s quite warm upstairs and auto changes to a higher temp. I had to battle the thermostat every few hours during the night because of how warm it was.

Nice place, but needs a few things. One window blind was broke, others didn't work well. Ran out of hot water fast after just three showers. Reported to owner and no response. Also, needa a coat rack or wall hangers in downsatirs since no coat closet.

Wonderful Rental!

Matt’s place was perfect for our quick weekend stay. It was clean and minimal in the best way, having everything and the space that we needed. We loved the proximity being walking distance to many restaurants and the gas station/convenient store. Would stay here again!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Great location. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer with a trip to the lake. And most places have hardly anything in stock in their kitchen. This rental has everything! Down to a griddle and food containers! Will definitely stay with this rental property company over and over!

Brand New and Great Location

It was so great to be right in town and walking distance to the lake. The townhome was clean and very cute and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and we were able to easily cook everything we needed. We had plenty of space to park and the garage was great. The washer and dryer was also wonderful! The only issue we had was ants on the main floor. This is not unusual in an area of new construction, but it should be noted that the ants would crawl on our feet and it was a bit uncomfortable. Absolutely everything else was great!
