«Staff was very courteous and did the best they could but the place was poorly staffed. Restaurant was insufficiently staffed and did not offer menu items for dinner - instead offered a some items verbally to choose from. Room was not lighted well, insufficient towels, liquid soap bottles unmarked. Coffee machine was there but no coffee. Overall not a pleasant experience - it was far from being a luxury hotel and overpriced for what the hotel offered.»

«i went there with my family last week. I prioritised the property as per the reviews in Google and other sites about the property. I got 4.3 rating in almost every sites. But now I am thinking that if this hotel have the rating 4.3 in 5, what is the conditions of other hotels at Thanjavur.
Cleanliness is very poor. Glasses placed inside the hototel rooms are not at all clean. The most terrible thing is they the hotel staffs have no idea about the booking and changes we need in rooms as we ...

«Booked through Expedia. Cannot believe they chose to list this property. I do not trust this platform anymore, cos it feels like any timbuk property of any quality can list themselves on Expedia for money. Am appalled to say the least. The least comfortable stay ever, you are paying premium prices for a motel like stay.»

«KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort.»
