In the designated historic area of the Ganzeville Valley, on the riverbank, a semi-detached house near the village church with a private, secluded garden (no parking on the property, but 6 parking spaces across from the cottage). Located in the countryside and near the sea, the cottage is very close to the town of Fécamp, where you can enjoy the town center with its shops and restaurants, the beach, as well as the Palais Bénédictine and the Fisheries Museum. You’ll also be ideally situated to explore Etretat and the small resorts along the Alabaster Coast—which inspired the greatest Impressionist painters—or simply to relax in peace and quiet. First floor: - 34 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, single-bowl sink, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, small appliances including a raclette machine and crepe maker) and a dining-living area (80-cm TV, USB port, DVD player, Internet connection), - utility room with microwave, washing machine, and covered drying area, - bathroom with toilet. Electric underfloor heating on the first floor (low energy consumption). Upstairs (in the attic): - 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 90x190 cm), - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190 cm), - toilet with sink.
