«The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very helpful»

«There power went out at 1 am in the last day and it scared me a lot. They made Japanese only announcements and I had to go out with a flashlight alone and knock on a neighbor’s door to use Google Translate and ask what they said. And then I couldn’t sleep until very later that morning.»

«Small but clean rooms with friendly staff»

«I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Location is good, close to the Kannai JR and subway stations. Many restaurants and bars in the area, and there's a pedestrian street with shops and malls only two blocks away. Yokohama Bay Stars stadium is merely 10 mins walk away, and Chinatown roughly 15. Two stops on the subway, and you're at Yokohama station. The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly, helpful and serviceminded. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!»
