On the lower ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads to a mezzanine area with direct access to the patio and the swimming pool. This level also includes a mezzanine with shower and WC. The main living area presents an open-plan living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV, with access to a 12 m2 balcony furnished with balcony furniture and deck chairs. A large, fully equipped kitchen adjoins this space and features its own dining table.
