Our lift was out of order for essential maintenance we did have a porter available to carry luggage. Dear Donald, The Residence Hotel is located on the famous Quay Street in the centre of Galway City. Quay Street and the surrounding areas are lively spots and although we’ve done our best to keep the noise to a minimum, there’s always going to be a party atmosphere around here at night.
