Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay Liam. We are truly sorry that the alarm went off twice during your stay however some things are out of our control, and for obvious safety reasons we must have a working fire alarm. We did offer a partial refund on an already discounted stay but to give a full refund would not be proportionate on this occasion in my opinion.I hope you still had a nice time in our lovely city.Kind RegardsSophie Wylde

My apologies that the room wasn't heated upon arrival, we manually switch the heaters on before check in, so it looks like due to human error unfortunately this one was forgotten! We get all our linen provied by an outside company, and although we do our best to flag all stained linen, sometimes we can miss some but please do know that all linen is 100% clean and has been washed and dried at very high temperatures. We hope to welcome you back on your next trip to Galway

I'm sorry to hear you didn't get parking on site, our on site parking is limited so it is on a first come first serve basis. There is free street parking very close to the hostel. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the rooms location on site, we would have been happy to try switch rooms had we been made aware during your stay.
