This spacious 6-bedroom Galveston beach house provides the perfect setting for families and friends. Stroll to the nearby beach for some sun and sand. Unwind by the backyard firepit after a day of exploration. Enjoy movie nights in one of the two cozy living areas. Catering is a breeze with two fully-equipped kitchens, perfect for large groups or those with different dietary needs. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in front of the home.

A comfy wraparound couch beckons for movie nights or lazy afternoons after a day at the beach. The flat-screen TV is right there, ready for your favorite shows. Just steps away, the dining table seamlessly flows into a bar area, perfect for grabbing drinks before heading into the fully-equipped kitchen to whip up a delicious meal.

This floor is all about convenience and rest. One bedroom has a king bed and a twin bunk, ideal for families with younger kids. Another has a queen bed, perfect for a couple. A third room features three sets of bunk beds, making it a slumber party haven for the little ones. Finally, a queen bedroom with a double-over-double bunk offers additional sleeping space.

Head upstairs for even more space to spread out! Two bedrooms offer king beds, with one including a double-over-double bunk for extra sleeping room. A second living area with a full kitchen and dining area lets everyone unwind and enjoy some downtime.

This flexible layout is perfect for families or even two families vacationing together. Everyone can have their own space to relax, but come together for meals and game nights.

Step outside onto one of the two expansive patios and breathe in the refreshing ocean air. Ample seating lets you soak up the sun, enjoy a cool drink, or simply unwind after a day of building sandcastles or exploring the beach.

Looking for some indoor fun? Head downstairs to the game room, where darts, arcade games, and a flat-screen TV await. In the backyard, gather around the inviting fire pit and share stories under the stars. Also, this home includes a ramp allowing easy access to the first floor, making this home comfortable for everyone.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
