Sleeping areas include king in primary bedroom, queen in second bedroom, separate bunk area and sleeper sofa in the living room. Primary bedroom is equipped with its own TV and private balcony. Condo has Wi-Fi and cable for your convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, with all essential utensils and appliances. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & sand toys, hair dryer, Keurig provided for the guests. Laundry room with full-size coin-operated washer/dryers is located on the same floor.



Step outside and enjoy true resort-style living with a large heated year-round pool, two hot tubs, and a dedicated kids’ pool, BBQ pits and lounging chairs. The property has elevators, stairs, and direct beach access, making it effortless to move from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in moments.



No need to pack extra for the beach. There is a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.



THINGS TO KNOW



* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the third floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 1, and they will not be available for use Oct 13 - Dec 12.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.
