The kids will love their own dedicated space with a twin trundle bed, TV, and plenty of board games to play.This home features 2 twin size sleeper chairs and a crib.

Take a soak in the beautiful walk-in spa-like showers or relax on the front or back porch sitting areas. Enjoy an evening under the soft glow lights on the downstairs patio while the kids play in the fenced-in backyard. Just blocks from the Seawall and minutes from the Strand District, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, and a variety of restaurants and tourist stops, you'll have no shortage of activities to enjoy.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
