This Oceanview Condominium is located on the 8th floor and offers spectacular views of the ocean from both the living room and bedroom. Relax on the long balcony with a nice cup of coffee or some down time with friends and family. This condo features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and a spacious living area with Queen Sofa Bed. Enjoy the privacy of a large kitchen to make your family meals and nice dining for the full experience. Our condo also features a large pool for your enjoyment

Please note that the condominium complex is currently undergoing a balcony remodel and unfortunately the view is obstructed until 11/30/2025.

The caulk in the bath tubs is full of mold. Everything thing eles was good. The balcony was full of bird poo. I know its hard to keep clean, but it would have been nice if it would have been cleaned up for check in. We would definitely book this room again.

The condo we rented was under construction. The balcony had a 2x4 wood studded wall that was taking up half of it so yea wasn't pleasant to use at ALL. The next morning we had a massive crane below us and yes for several hours they were putting a massive steel beam underneath the balcony so of course banging sledge hammers and people screaming at each other trying to make it fit, an absolutely ridiculous first day of a 3 day so called vacation. They should have NEVER RENTED this condo until all of the work was finished, the balcony view of Galveston is why we rented it and all you could see was a 2x4 wall. There communication is absolutely horrible, she claims a 40% refund is acceptable and no its not im DEMANDING 100% It's NOT THE ROOM we saw pictures of when we rented no 2x4 wall in the pictures of course.

The "okay" rating is from giving the view, location and having 2 bathrooms, (although not very elderly friendly), 5 stars. An injury between the time of booking and staying prevented me from joining the rest of my party, so I was basically stuck in the room or maybe this part wouldn't have been so bad. There are many cons to list, but the top complaint is the noise from the floor above that went on all day and late in the evening. There's no doubt it was one or more kids running from one end of the unit to the other (I don't blame the kids). Every day and every night. One night there was an argument right outside the BR window where there were F-Bombs screamed for a solid 5-10 minutes. The description is a tad deceiving. Washer and dryer is on the ground floor which is an issue since 4 towels when you have 4 guests might be fine if you stay is for one night, but not six nights. The desk said I needed to contact my host who never responded to my message. The kitchen was ill-equipped. Lots of decorative pieces, not essentials. The BR television HDMI cable was gone as were the batteries in the remote. If I didn't keep a cable in my PC bag, that TV would have been useless. The unit was not clean. Sticky mess on bedside table and there was also a lot of broken glass all around it.

Very nice! I was a little concerned after reading a few negative reviews, but it was a very beautiful and comfortable stay. Gorgeous view, and the people who manage the check-in desk are so sweet!As another reviewer mentioned the kitchen doesn’t have mixing bowls or cooking knives so I brought that with me, and was glad I did. Other than that it was adequately stocked.Another reviewer mentioned issues with the sofa bed, and yes, there are issues with the sofa bed. Our stay wasn’t impacted negatively though. Note: parking is 35 plus tax for the entire stay.

Nice property. Excellent view of the beach.

Loved the condo. Nice view from the 8th floor. Only downside was the television didn't work but that was not a big deal because we spent most of our time on the beach. The condo was mostly a place to eat and sleep.

Ocean peace

The property was exactly what i was looking for,a place where i could meditate by watching the ocean ,morning noon and night,living quarters were nice and clean,with all the amenities you would need to cook,clean,or bath ,were all right there ,patio opens to the beach and the ocean all night or day.wonderful accommodation loved it

Nice accommodations

It is a nice condo with comfortable furniture and beds. The A/C works great and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the showers. The view is great and all appliances were in good working condition. We didn’t have any problems at all, and will be returning to this condo in the future.

March Trip to Galveston

We had a great time staying at this property! Everyone loved being able to walk out and see the beach from the balcony and being able to walk across the street to be on the beach. The owners were great at communicating with me about the processes for check-in and out, as well as giving recommendations of things to do. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again soon!

Great Views of the Gulf

This 2 bedroom two bath is in a nice location, great views. Apt could use a bit of an update. Kitchen utensils are minimal (no kitchen knives or mixing bowls). Coffee table appeared broken. Parking is not free which was not mentioned until check in day. Even so, would consider staying again if VRBO fees werent so high- 2 night stay more than doubled in price because of fees.
