Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from the cruise ship terminal.

Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: One pet is welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: Free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

The loft features an open-concept layout, with the living room and kitchen seamlessly flowing together. Relax on the plush sofa, whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply soak up the sun streaming through the windows. The bedroom, tucked away for privacy, boasts a queen-sized bed with soft linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

The entire loft is yours to enjoy during your stay. You'll have complete privacy and access to all amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Market Street Loft E is located in the heart of Galveston's historic downtown district, just a short walk from The Strand, known for its Victorian-era architecture, unique shops, and lively nightlife. You'll also be within walking distance of the Cruise Terminal, making this loft the ideal spot for a pre- or post-cruise stay. The beach is just a short drive away, where you can soak up the sun, swim, and explore the island's natural beauty.

Galveston is a pedestrian-friendly city, and many attractions are within walking distance of the loft. If you're looking to venture further afield, taxis, rideshare services, and public transportation are readily available.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
