You might believe you're in heaven at this beautiful 3rd (top) floor gulf view vacation condo! “Almost Heaven” offers pristine views of the Gulf of Mexico. This gorgeous condo features three bedrooms and two baths. It is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. Premier location on the TOP level (3RD FLOOR), which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful gulf view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo or when relaxing on the spacious, shaded and private balcony. Conveniently positioned, it is just a short walk to the Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the amenities offered including 20,000 square feet of sundecks, infinity edge pool, hot tub, children's pool, grills, fitness center, gift shop and restaurant / bar. *This vacation rental is equipped with ring doorbell and cameras for your security and protection.

This condo offers: a king bed in the primary, a second bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom with a twin XL over a queen bed in addition to a twin air mattress. Perfect for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 8 comfortably. A highchair and a pack and play are provided as well. 3 High-Def LED TV's, WIFI, all rooms nicely appointed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. For questions about the fee or amenities you may contact the Beach Club at

**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Rental is equipped with Ring doorbell.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!
**Your pet is welcomed in this unit. Pet limit is 1 dog under 40lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully!

Lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo is updated and clean and owner had all the extra things we needed (pack and play, extra beach towels, storage locker to borrow beach toys, every kitchen item to cook). Pools and hot tubs were nice and balcony view to beach is fantastic! We will definitely check availability here in the future! Kids loved the basketball goal and large hot tub.

Fantastic Kitchen!

My family loves to cook and this kitchen was perfect! They had everything we needed to make several delicious meals. The large dining table on the balcony had an unobstructed view of the beach. We have no complaints and will definitely reserve this lovely condo again in the future.

Best family vacay ever!

We took our grown children and 2 grand babies. We had ages 2 through 57! Everyone had a great time. The condo and location is beautiful, better than the pictures. We ended up staying an extra night because no one wanted to leave! Thanks for an awesome experience!! ❤️

Great condo at Pointe West

We’ve been coming to Pointe West for several years and this condo was definitely one of the nicest! It appears to have been recently renovated and updated. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s much nicer. We love it here because the beaches are always clean, it’s quiet and away from the hubbub. There is also an excellent restaurant and bar on the property. The name says it all, Almost Heaven!

Amazing getaway

This was my first trip to the area and the community and condo were absolutely amazing! The secluded beaches were great and the condo was gorgeous! It had everything and more than we needed. I have never stayed at a property that was stocked with everything imaginable. The kitchen was a dream! The Pointe West neighborhood was beautiful. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Overall Nice Stay

We had a pleasant stay while in JoAn’s condo. We unfortunately had a poor check in process and were unable to reach the host to help. JoAn did get back with us and solved the problem, but it was not until the next day. We were a little disappointed on the cleanliness of the condo. There were long grey hairs on the couch when we arrived. Some of the dishes had dried food/leftovers on them. Both showers did not drain well and water would begin pooling at the bottom after only about 5 minutes. It was incredibly helpful to have a high chair and pack and play at the condo, though, for our little one. Also, of note the mosquitos were absolutely TERRIBLE! Our group had never experienced mosquitos like this before. For the first 3-4 days when we would leave the condo and walk to the beach we would be attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes. We had bug spray and that didn’t even help. There are citronella candles in the condo but there is no lighter available to be able to use the candles. This is not on the host by any means but just awareness! Also, we could not use any of the outlets on the patio as when we tried it did create a spark and we had to reset the breaker. Overall it was a nice stay, though. Thanks JoAn!

Incredibly comfortable beach apartment in beautiful Galveston

The apartment is extremely well equipped and stocked, clean, spacious and tasteful decorated and is situated in a quiet environment with the perks of a community house with pools and fitness room. Usually we can always detect one or more shortcomings in a house we rent, but with this apartment everything was perfect. Really liked that owners have created folders with all Handy information. We really loved our stay over there and hope we can come back some time.

Quiet Location Great View

This property was as advertised. The kitchen is very nice. The layout of the third floor condo was great. We had one issue which was quickly addressed by the owner and resolved. If we were to stay in the Galveston area we would stay here again.

Just As Described

The property was just as described and everything was great. As someone who cooks a lot when we travel I really appreciated the updated kitchen, nice appliances, and good cookware. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will try for this property again if we are ever back in the Galveston area.

Relaxing in Galveston

We loved the property on Galveston Island. The property offered a great pool area and a short walk to the beach. The property had all the comforts of home. Very clean and updated. We were able to have a couple days of relaxation. Definitely would go back!
