«Very nice located, but a bit dark, unpleasant and boring hotel. »

«Nice room, spaceous for a family of four»

«Well situated. Large and comfortable room. Very clean.»

«Ran out of toilet paper, had to request 2 times to get it. Advised staff, TV works sometimes but often it did not work. A staff member took a look at it but said did not know how to operate. Said they would have someone come in to help with tv. Never came to check it out.»

«Magnifique, chaleureux, confortable et très bien situé»

«Unbelievable Super spacious, beyond clean, tidy & comfortable. The location seriously can’t be beat. You are right in the best part of old Quebec, by all the shops and restaurants. There is even easy, cheap parking a block away.»

«The hotel is in a great location and is very quaint. The staff are very friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. It feels like you are staying in a period home rather than a hotel, which is welcoming. You should be aware that the bathroom is very small, with only a hand sink. Also the bathroom door does not fully close and so privacy is very limited. There are no plugs or sockets by the bed. «Absolutely amazing place to stay in Old Quebec! The location is unbeatable, with shops, restaurants, and cafés just steps away. The loft is beautiful, spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, with a lovely spacious bathroom. But the absolute highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace! «Very central. Cannot drive to the door, but convenient underground parking at nearby city hall for 20 CAD per night.»

«Fantastic apartment with helpful staff that are present if you neee any assistance. All apartments are new and modern with necessary equipment »

«Great modern styled apartment Hotel, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and eating in, clean and tidy apartment. Just wished the shower inside would have a rack or corner soap plate or somewhere to put my toiletries. Walking distance from some great restaurants and short uphill walk to the Frontenac. Wasn't too hard to find street parking in the evening (free after 9pm til 9am and pay other times with Copilote+ app made is super easy). Would stay here again!»

«Rooms are clean but outdated. Friendly staffs, most unique pool area, breakfast was excellent. Good location .»

«Hotell som ligger midt i smørøyet. Nydelig gammelt hus, med fine rom. Mange spisesteder rett utenfor døra, og gangavstand til alt som er å se. Ingen resepsjon, men veldig hjelpsom resepsjonist på mobilen. »
